This was an excellent lunch choice .. we asked the young lady to wear a hairnet while making our food . Her hair was super long and actually was touching the counter where the food was being made .,she stated she didn’t have one 😳

While eating my taco salad I found a piece of hair as I was finishing it baked into the shell . When I mentioned this . They didn’t even apologize just looked and kept moving . The food was excellent up until that moment.

Food ok, reminds me of qdoba, different kinds of burritos. Water cups were the size of a dipping sauce container.

Been here once and the flavor wasn’t great, plus I watched them use guacamole out of a bag? That was a little odd. I think I’d try again because they have more on the menu then just the burrito I got

Ordered a birria quesadilla with guac. Didnt get the guac and quesadilla was soggy. 1st time ordering. Probably won’t be back.

Ordered on DoorDash, and only got three spoons worth of rice. Basically got scammed

Even though I ordered online and my order was prepared wrong, after I spoke to an employee, my order was resolved. Great customer service! Food was great!

I’ve been a return customer for several months. I downloaded the app and now I place my order, pay online, and just pick it up. Clean space, smiling faces, and great food.

*Update: 0 stars! I stopped in last week and it was empty. When I walked in there were three gentlemen; one seemed to be on break (sitting at a table on his phone). None of them greeted (they all just looked at me blankly). The other two just stood behind the counter looking around- still no one greeted or asked to take my order.

I walked up to place my order anyway, but then I noticed one was glaring at me. Very bizarre to say the least. Based on the off putting energy, I left. That was my last visit to the Red Run location. It has gone downhill over the past few months, but the lack of customer service made it my last visit. There are too many food options around here to spend where my money isn’t welcomed.

Restaurant is always clean, and staff friendly.
