This has got to be the worse branch!
Plus everything that was wring with the food, it was dirty and the forks were dirty as well.
I remember like this place but this branch was a surprise!

The food is what you expect, the drink menu is full of choices. The service was really slow. The person we had had too many customers and the barmaid that was floating around was of no help. I don't see us going back any time soon

It’s open late so why not. I don’t go there expecting much. I was told I can’t ask for all flats or all drums. My order came with all drums. Very annoying from someone who enjoys flats.

The wings were salty and gave my husband an upset stomach, I only ate one so I was fine. The onion rings were limp, doughy and soggy, just really terrible. The staff walked around like we weren't even there. No greeting (accept from Deja who ultimately too our order). Manager didn't engage us, though he did walk right beside our table. Never, never again will I waste my 40.00

Food ok. I get mostly chicken wings & taco's. I have to though, always -ask to fry them hard. If not, the skin on the chicken is too loose, and at times-the meat is still red inside...especially the drum stickes. A good spot for watching sports & get a beer.

Buffalo Wild Wings the franchise is great with a great concept, good food, lots of TVs, and a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff at the Owings Mills location really disappointed us.

We waited about 15 minutes at the bar tables with no acknowledgment from anyone. No one came over to take our order or even greet us. We eventually had to get up and find a server ourselves just to place our order.

We went specifically for the Veterans Day special, but instead of feeling appreciated, we felt ignored. The staff seemed annoyed that we were there, almost as if offering a free meal was an inconvenience. It completely changed the experience.

The restaurant itself is nice, but it’s a shame when a careless, unmotivated staff can ruin what should be a great dining experience.

Ordered yesterday (Tuesday) because they had specials going on. Because of this and this location is known for being slow, I did not show up at 5:50 pm when they said my order would be ready. I pulled up 15 minutes after that time to still find myself sitting in the building for an extra 30 minutes for my to go order. I put my order in at 5:27 pm and didn’t get my wings til 6:30 pm. Asked to speak to a manager who asked what the issue was and we said it took too long for our wings. The “manager” responded “it’s Wing Tuesday”. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything, instead we had to ask for something free ourselves. She said “we can’t give you free fries, I’ll get you a drink” and then walked away rolling her eyes with an attitude. I asked for her name to which she never gave and continued rolling her eyes. She is a heavy set white female with badly dyed green hair and glasses. She has no business being a manager if this is how she handles situations. With all these bad reviews, this location definitely will be closing sooner than later. DO BETTER

Service staff there is down right NASTY, horrible rude, and unwelcoming. The wings were uneventful, and gristely with very little meat on their bones.

Updating my decade-old review, this is the most poorly managed restaurant in the county. It's amazing they're still in business. It's empty every time we're in there, and there's never any staff. Nobody at the front counter to take orders, or seat customers. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The saddest part is that it wasn't because of the food. The service at this location was abysmal and it is clearly a staffing issue.

We went to this location on a Saturday afternoon. We were a party of six and one of only two parties in the restaurant when we arrived.

We walked in and were not greeted by anyone. We eventually sat ourselves and went back to the entrance to grab our own menus.

The server took drink orders and it took twenty minutes to get our drinks. We put our orders in and waited...and waited...and waited.

After almost an hour, the server brought food for just two people in our party (of which the food was cold), said the rest was coming and we didn't see her again for another thirty minutes when we flagged her down to ask where the food was. She informed us that the kitchen was backed up, which is an unacceptable response. The restaurant was not full at all. If the kitchen can't handle the orders of a half-full establishment, they need more cooks.

The manager to her credit came over, apologized, and offered a discount on the meal (10%) which was appreciated but when we are now almost two hours in and still do not have all of our food, the gesture rings hollow.

I will never visit this establishment again. Like I said, the food was mostly fine (for Buffalo Wild Wings standards), but the logistics of the food prep and service is severely lacking. I don't know if it's a corporate issue or something else, but this was probably one of if not the worst overall dining experience I have ever had at a sit down restaurant.
