Buffalo Wild Wings

We arrived at 10:15 and we're told to "seat ourselves" and once we did, we waited 15 minutes as the servers in our area were helping other guests, and closing tables around us. The restaurant says it's open until 2 am. We were never greeted at our table, given menus, or spoken to at all by any servers, even as we left. We left, as food was being brought out to other guest, and the tables and chairs were being stacked around us. If the section was closed, we should have been told. If they were only serving alcohol, we should have been told. If we were supposed to sit at the bar, we should have been told. No staff made any attempt to communicate anything to us as we were glared at simply for being there. I have never had an issue with BWW until tonight, and I don't know if I'll return anytime soon.

Tables were dirty and the handicap ramp to the seating area was blocked off with a chair... But mostly the tables could have used another cleaning pass.

Parking: Odd layout for a parking lot but it was free.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lacking in the handicap spaces, they only have two, and 90% of the seating is in an elevated area with only one ramp to access.

Restaurant was very dirty. Table was not wiped and very sticky. Very unhygienic. Especially, the customer service kid. Wiping his nose and handing the to go bags.

Didn’t give me my fries with my order, called them about it and got absolutely nowhere. Never coming back.

I came with my family (5) sat at the table and waited . After waiting gave my family order . Several customers came in and were seated after us. 3 out of 5 of us received pieces of our order no fries with the orders or ranch for the buffalo ranch wrap. I had to remind the waitress several times for that. I the. Had to ask the waitress for the rest of the food for the others after watching the customers that came in after receive their food . The entire time we were not given refills until I had to ask for them and still wasn't brung them until it was time to leave. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

Waited an hour and a half for a salad, never did get the appetizer fried pickles, 2 hours in and still waiting on wings.... THE ONE THING this place should do well. Never did get the rest of our food that we ordered, before we decided to just cancel the order and go somewhere else.... All while people who came in after us were getting their food. This is the second location I've been to and I will never go to a buffalo wing ever again. This franchise has made a lifelong hater since literally every location I go to is the same type of service.

There is never anyone at the front counter always have to wait a good 10 min before some pops up from the back this is literally evertime I go which is several days per wk because I door dash I hate going there for this very reason

DO NOT COME HERE If you're looking for any kind of service. The staff are some of the rudest I've ever encountered in the food industry. I often visit on Sunday to watch the games, I sit in the self seating area near the bar and the server never came to take my order. I flagged down someone to ask how can I order and the gut told me he's off the clock and I'd just have to wait for someone to come over. The guy working the area saw me sitting there the duration of my visit and just never came over. Eventually I just left. Spend your money and leave your tips elsewhere.

Hamburger was delicious. The fries and onion rings were hot and crispy. The server was efficient and friendly. Overall, it was a nice stop for dinner.

Took over 15 minutes to get the wrong drinks brought from the bar. Restaurant was less than half full. Sent drink back. Took another 25 minutes to bring another completely wrong drink. (Ordered a margarita and got served a Long Island iced tea - not even close to correct) Server just shrugged and walked away.

Took a while to get seated and served and the place was empty!!!! Food took forever, but at least it came out hot 🔥 If I didn't sought help to get my order to me, I'll still be waiting 🥴
