They must stay in school. Apparently this means condiments removed when it CLEARLY says one of each

Wouldn't give me a cup of water with my food
because they think I would fill my cup with soda. BTW, I'm 85 years old. They need to get a new manager.

Did not give me any of the sauces for my meal when I reminded them at the window about sauces they got real angry with me and started bickering back-and-forth saying that I would have to pay for an extra sauce. Mind you my meal came with two sauces; then the one girl claimed she put the sauces in the bag and they refused to give me any. Upon driving away I realized no sauces were in the bag.

This has to be one of the most inefficient fast food places I've ever been in. The level of incompetence is astounding. The wait time for food was over 30 minutes and there were only a handful of people in the entire restaurant. Multiple people left after screaming it employees and just generally being very frustrated. This was a total nightmare.

Hello, I would like to report an incident that happened to me tonight, which caused both a loss of time and financial harm.

I work as a driver, and I only wanted to grab something quick to eat, so I chose Burger King. I checked the mobile app and placed my order at the closest store that showed as open. I headed to 10220 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117, which still had about 12–13 minutes before closing. When I arrived, they told me the store was closed, and when I asked for help canceling my order, they told me to leave. I let it go because I was very hungry.

Then I checked the next closest store and placed a new order at 8022 Liberty Rd, Baltimore, MD 21244. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the woman inside asked me to wait a moment, so I waited around 2–3 minutes. Since my car engine was running, she couldn’t hear me clearly, so I repeated that I had a mobile order.

I then heard her say, “Is he Russian?” and she called me to the window. I waited there for about 7 minutes. When she finally opened the window, she questioned why I was looking inside the store. I told her I was just fine and that I had a mobile order. She then came back and told me, “You don’t have an order, you don’t have any food here, leave.” She kept raising her voice at me, and even though I stayed polite the entire time, she argued with me, claimed I was Russian, and then called the police to report me.

They wasted about an hour of my time, left me hungry, and caused me unnecessary stress. You can review the store cameras at Burger King to confirm everything. I will be sharing this incident publicly everywhere.

The friendliest BK I have been to in a long time!! The good was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. Most happy that they continue to sell fresh brewed tea. That is harder to come by in the fast food industry now, so thank you!!

It seems like they're short-staffed however they took their time to make sure your food was hot and fresh and I can appreciate that

Don’t go to this Burger King. I repeat DO NOT ENTER!!!!! This is definitely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The food is always wrong and the burgers are cold. The onions taste stale. The lady manager complains about not have staff and she doesn’t care what she rings up and is nasty to her staff. Their only savior is the older black man. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve gotten a refund. He definitely tried to make things right, but honestly I’m never going there again.

Fast food should be fast. Yet at this Burger King, “fast” apparently means sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes wondering if I accidentally ordered a five-course meal instead of a breakfast sandwich.

What happened to the practice of pulling cars forward when orders take longer? Watching the line stack up while employees shuffle around inside feels like customer service 101 being skipped.

And let’s be honest breakfast food here isn’t exactly made to order. If the eggs, bacon, and biscuits are pre-cooked, why does it feel like I’m waiting for them to be farm-fresh harvested before being served?

This isn’t just a one-off. I’ve given this location three Saturdays in a row, and each visit has been consistently terrible. My expectations for fast food aren’t sky-high, but somehow this place manages to underperform compared to every other restaurant on this road.
