Alan was extremely easy to work with and accommodating every step of the way. He offered fantastic suggestions to help us make our choices, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our day. The weather altered our initial plans, but Alan and his staff didn't hesitate in acting on any last-minute changes we required and did so with grace and the utmost professionalism. Oh, and did we mention the food was delicious? Would absolutely recommend working with Alan and we would do so again in a heartbeat.

Alan Weiss was a pleasure to work with. He made himself readily available, throughout the planning process, and provided a top notch presentation of menu options. Also featured in his catering package was a food tasting, which provided the bride and groom the opportunity to taste the possible dinner options, prior to their final selection. The service was impeccable; water pitchers filled continuously, wait staff friendly and accommodating, and a fully stocked and staffed bar. The food was delicious, hot food hot, cold food cold. Mr. Weiss made himself available throughout the evening and ran the event at a pace that kept everyone happy while dancing and eating the night away.

I use to work for alan weiss. Alan weiss him self is a ok guy. But wife she like to use the n word and make unfunny black jokes she once call me her tonken Muslim.

We had a great experience using Catering By Alan Weiss. He is a top notch experienced caterer and was more that willing to work within our budget in regards to flexibility and options. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! Our 250 guests were served speedily and professionally. Everything also looked fantastic! Alan also served as our "party planner" the day of the wedding which saved us that extra expense. Highly recommended!!
