The staff is always very rude every time I come here. They never smile, give attitude when you ask for something, Additionally, they never offer pita bread unless you specifically ask for it even tho it comes with your meal, It’s disappointing to consistently experience this level of unprofessionalism. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service. Also, as I sat there eating my lunch, I noticed they were treating other customers the same way.

When ordering from Cava, I usually receive a bowl that is wholesome and filled to the top, but today I received an VERY DISAPPOINTING bowl that was only half-full. I'm not sure I can patronize this location any more. This was a highly disappointing experience that missed the mark.

Terribly run place , extremely bad service ... no management around to check on activity of so called employees. A couple of questionable women (employees) are doing what ever they want , talking foreign language while mocking and overcharging customers. Serve much less than the normal portion suppose to be...moving sticky spoon with no food from tray to bowl , and charging an extra for empty spoons. Same order with no changes cost different price every single time with no explanation why??? Food & payments are handled with same gloves... It's dirty, unsafe & dishonest business, which should be prohibited to operated.
