Pricey and the portions are a touch small for the price, but the food is sooooo yummy. It feels like I'm putting clean healthy stuff into my body. I've never really sat down to eat there, but it is clean inside. Not much to say about the staff either as I usually order online but they at least pay attention to what you ask for. I used to eat Cava about thrice a month but again it's pricey.

I had a really great experience. I ordered a braised lamb bowl and the lamb was delicious and seasoned well! The black lentils were a bit too al dente for my liking but still an overall good dish. The young lady who served me made my bowl neatly, and afterward I gave her a compliment for doing a great job. (Some servers throw your food in the bowl sloppily or rush, so I appreciated her care.) It may seem small to some, but that kind of intention in customer service is really appreciated!

The staff are always so polite and welcoming every time I go. The food is always fresh and tasty, it’s my favorite go-to for lunch. If you’re thinking about eating here don’t hesitate to stop in!!!!

Visited CAVA for dinner around 9:40 on a Wednesday just before close and was greeted by friendly staff who were extremely polite. Food was fresh and delicious. The ladies who work here deserve a raise.
