Placed an order online and the order was completed and handed to me exactly at the requested time. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and nd it was very good. Very courteous staff.

Very busy place took a while to get our order as well as when I got my wings the outside of the breading wasn't crunchy at all but the Cajun fries were good

Window/door/online said they opened at 11am. The doors were locked passed said opening time and we waited outside until 11:15am when someone finally opened the door for everyone to come in. They were still performing opening duties (turning on the grill, fryers, making tea) when we were waiting for our food. The splash guards and other parts of the grilled removed at night were being put out after we already ordered. So this location was not prepared for business. I’ve always had good experiences with other locations, but this was disappointing.

I never will order food from here again. I figured I'd try a new place out for my birthday and I ended up getting very sick and was vomiting after eating the food I got from this location.

I am only rating on my visit today. We visited Charlie's at the Owings Mills location to get ice cream cones. My daughter was excited for a cone, but the cashier did not tell me that the machine was not working properly. After I paid for our cones, we received two dolloped dropped cones because the ice cream came out melted. It was super soft served ?...? I didn't want to disappoint my daughter, so I didn't refuse the ice cream. I will say that the employee/ staff lacked honesty. We will not be getting ice cream or shakes from the Foundry Row, Owings Mills Charlie's again.

The worst food and general experience I've ever had. My husband and I placed an order on their site. It took them 45 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and the tots and fried provolone we ordered "they didn't have" and my husband was told to "take it up with doordash". After explaining that we ordered through their site we were refunded for the items but it was an inconvenience for them! The food itself is even more disappointing, the roll is hard and there is more bread than meat on the sub, not to mention it was cold! We will never be ordering from here again!

Just wanted a quick snack and get four wings. I specifically said bone -in wings. After the order was accepted, I was told that they don't have four-piece bone-in. Didn't give an option to change it up or do any modification to it didn't really appreciate that. This is more of a note to make sure that I don't come back here

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with the gourmet fries and the food was really good!! When I was ordering I couldn't get my full order out without them cutting me off. If they work on this, they could get a 5-star review.
