Just wanted a quick snack and get four wings. I specifically said bone -in wings. After the order was accepted, I was told that they don't have four-piece bone-in. Didn't give an option to change it up or do any modification to it didn't really appreciate that. This is more of a note to make sure that I don't come back here

This is my first time trying Charleys! I ordered the old school cheesesteak and cheese/bacon fries!! I also got the watermelon strawberry lemonade. I ordered for pick up through their website which was very easy and user friendly. My main take away is I wish I could have created my own cheesesteak because I wanted super specific toppings which I probably could do in the store. Other than that the lemonade is YUMMY, the fries are pretty good and the sun overall was good. I need to try more items and maybe order in store next time and that could have earned a 5 star. For a quick sub meal this is a good place to try out! I think I will get their wings next time too to see how they are. The staff were super friendly, the inside was cleaned and smelled good! My order was ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. It was a good experience worth another try! One last thing - THE FOOD CONTAINERS ARE PRETTY AWESOME!!!Thank you Charleys staff

Never been to Charley's Cheessteaks so I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered a Philadelphia cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, bacon & cheese fies, Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks.The chessesteaks were decent. The meat was super dry but the amount of mayo and toppings helped it out a bit. The Buffalo wings were fried way too hard for me which made them tough to chew. The mozzarella sticks and fries were just ok.Overall, everything was just mediocre. I'm not in a rush to go back.

This is the second time I've ordered here via the app. The food is ready for pickup at the promised time, the order is filled accurately and the quality is excellent. The outside area and the inside are immaculately clean and bright. I love this place!
