I had a surprising poor experience with the manager Adam Xiong of the Chick fila at foundry row in Owings Mills Md. The drive thru order taker misentered my drink order. I advised the cashier/receipt giver of this discrepancy when he read my order back to me. He advised he would have it corrected. Not only was my order not correct when I got to the pick up but I was treated as though the error was mine. The manager was discourteous and inhospitable. I have never had such an incredibly negative experience at a Chick-Fila.

I think this is very unfair and very unprofessional to bosses firing my grandma in law because she had candy in her mouth cause her blood pressure was going high this is awful because she suffer with diabetes and no one should go through this like she did.. DO NOT EVER WORK HERE!!!!!

Do not patronize. This family is horrible. They use the children they hire like pawns. Making them work outside in the heat, rain and freezing cold while they all are warm and comfortable inside. My daughter worked 2 weeks and received no pay. She was injured and was removed from the schedule while her phone calls and messages went unanswered for a week. Do not allow your children to work here or associate with the likes of the family Alexis, Mee and all others of the family.

I found a fingernail in my Mac n cheese. Absolutely disgusting and disturbing. Made me sick. And as you can see I have acrylic nails on so it is not mine. I’m waiting to hear back from the restaurant but I will never order from this location again.
