Ordered on website never received my order reported it and was told that there was nothing they could do about it never even gave me my money back so I will tell everyone never order from chipotle!!!
They’re always out of everything — hours before they’re to close. Twice, we’ve gone more than 1 hour before closing and they’re out of several items (steak, corn, and salad dressing). While I do appreciate that they’ll often let you know upon arrival, it’s quite frustrating to keep going to find out they’re out of the staple items. We didn’t do dine in or take out because we didn’t stay.
We found another one in our area and we won’t be going back.

I recently ordered a burrito from Chipotle and left feeling disappointed, especially given the $22 price tag for just the burrito.
The most noticeable issue was the severe imbalance of ingredients. The portion of protein was extremely minimal—barely enough to cover the base of the tortilla—while the toppings were overloaded to the point of overwhelming the entire burrito. This not only threw off the flavor and texture but also caused the burrito to fall apart almost immediately. It was clear that little attention was paid to ingredient distribution or proper wrapping.
At this price point, I expect a well-proportioned, thoughtfully prepared meal. Instead, I received something that felt hastily assembled and lacking the core element that typically justifies the cost: the protein.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect the quality or value that I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. Especially for $22.
The chicken was good, but there are so much hair in my bowl I took a bite and I pulled out a very long piece of hair multiple times
I’ve experienced the worst service here. Every week I visit, and it seems that the staff are too lazy to restock the food from the refrigerators—often claiming they are out of supplies. The chicken is never boiled properly, and I even found a stone in my food. Moreover, the tables where customers sit and enjoy their meals are never cleaned. Today, the employees are particularly unprofessional, frequently commenting on customers’ language. I cannot recommend this place.
Every time I go to this location they have ran out of food. It’s a huge inconvenience to wait 20-30 min for food to cook. The line does a poor job communicating with the cooks that they are running low or the cook just can’t keep up with demand.
I normally don’t eat here but I stoped by to order what I always get from Qdoba . Ordered casedia with little rice, beans like every that goes into burrito and they said they can put every thing on the side and the cassia will just be meat and cheese
I don’t like the attitudes and the energy the staff give off I will never dine here again

WORST CHIPOTLE IN BALTIMORE! I had ordered online and they got the entire order wrong. How do you get an online order wrong? Shut the store down ASAP
Ordered online, food was cold, portions were small close to nothing (even I ordered extra on certain toppings), some chicken pieces tasted like were burnt. Second time I have issues at this location
my daughter came to get this and the amount of rice was just a small amount. i dont reccomend this place but if you like it you like it. The one at townson is way better, and the bowls are so much more fuller. save ur money!
