First time I ordered here my food was good. Second time I ordered here the person I ordered over the phone with got my order completely wrong. It was very disappointing because I live no where near the store so when I opened my food it wasn’t what I asked for.

We happened to be in the area and remembered the place from years ago. Nobody else happened to dine in the day we stopped by, so it was especially quiet. As far as atmosphere, it is a small business so they only go so far on trims and lighting to enhance your experience. You are there for the food, and many in the area come in for takeout and use delivery services to keep their business going. The menu is varied and fairly accessible, with a few hotter items for the extra adventurous.

Took 45 min to get us 4 dishes (seafood platter, pad thai, pineapple rice, and a curry), and we were literally the only people in the whole place. They were out of shrimp and calamari ("we had a busy night yesterday " is what we were told), so my son's seafood platter had literally 2 scallops and 5 oysters, which he said were "crunchy ". Platters were full of bell peppers and very little meat, and the noodles were all in tiny pieces, as if they were what was left at the bottom of the jar, the broken up little bits. Pineapple rice tasted like soy sauce on rice with canned pineapple. Worst Thai food I've had and would not return.

We are new to the area and despite the mixed reviews I've seen we tried Crystal Thai and I'm not mad about it! We were greeted pretty quickly and seated right away. The server (there was only one) was so great. She was very attentive, running around making sure all the patrons were taken care of. We got there it was pretty quiet, by the time we left it was filling up a bit! There is a little wait for the food but that's because it's fresh and made to order - which I will wait for!! We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

One of the few good, unique, Asian food restaurants with a pleasant venue in Owings Mills. Prices are OK and there are many choices. Seems like they do a lot more in carryout than indoor dining. A very good change from American chains.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and tofu options in addition to chicken, beef, seafood.Parking: In back side of local strip mall, quiet, safe, east access.

Spring rolls were okay. The pad Thai was honestly terrible and so was the pad se ew. The little flavor that both dishes had just seemed

Stopped by for a dinner take out and the food I was served was barely edible. Had no real flavor and felt like it was rushed because some parts were still cold. Wouldn’t order from here again.

We were a little skeptical when we pulled up because it was empty, but the food was great. I loved the amount of veggies in the vegetable dishes I got, alot of places don't do that. It was made fresh and our waiter was awesome. Khap kun kai

Costly, Not very tasty.. a simple dish, Pad Thai , bland, no green onion, very few sprouts, no peanuts, just not very good, the shrimp summer role was sad.. shrimp so small and sliced so thin, couldn’t find it, and definitely couldn’t taste it. Will not go back
