I recently relocated to Owings Mills and visited this Dunkin' on a Sunday morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the space, and the courtesy and effiiciency of the staff. I was also extremely pleased with the selection of muffins that were available. They offered corn, blueberry, chocolate chip and coffee cake. The chocolate chip muffin I ordered was loaded with chocolate chips. The coffee cake muffins appeared to have a good amount of streusel topping. I will be back to try those, and the others!

Monday at 8:18 pm on June 30th. I came to the location. I walked and got to the location to be refused service. TWO Dunkin associates refused to open the door and serve coffee before closing hours. The business hours clearly were on the door and took a picture. I've never seen a business turning away customers before closing time!!! Totally Unprofessional and disappointed!!! Red Run Blvd is full of corporate businesses, and coffee is very important. I ended up walking to Royal Farms across the street for my coffee!!!

Drive thru was quick and efficient, but I went inside to order, yesterday. They concentrate all attention to the drive thru. Waited inside for 20mins before someone manned the register. Go to the drive thru!!

The food was fresh and tasty. I had a sausage, egg on croissant. The croissant was big like regular bread slices. The walk in service was fast, less then 10 minutes.

Drinks and donuts are fine, but any food made hot or custom and good luck. I've literally never gotten a single order correct when customizing a bagel or sandwich, and the staff, while quick, are on the whole very quick and dismissive. Don't come here if you're invested in having a quality meal, just to get your caffeine and sugar.
