I am extremely disappointed, I went through drive-through today, which was not working, I stood there for a while, try to place my order. It did not work. Followed by pulling up to the window and place my order. Customer service was pretty decent however my coffee was too sweet even though I asked for one less sugar. My wife's ice coffee had, look like expired milk with chunks of dots on top of iced coffee. I subsequently tried calling the store to notify them. However, nobody is picking up the call. Hence I am writing this review. I'm extremely disappointed, don't think I will be going to this location moving forward. Dunkin' Donuts has to make changes please thank you.

Worst experience, Kids want Donuts, so I went to this branch, after reaching home, found out that Donuts look Donuts bites rather proper donuts size and not fresh at all.

Tea was waaay too sweet. Got a small sweet tea, it was like drinking liquid sugar. Hashbrowns were cold and tasted weird, i think they microwaved them. Wrong donut. Definitely wasn't worth, since they've gone up on everything. It's disappointing. I don't think there are any good dunkin's in owings mills.

After returning to DD because the breakfast sandwich was cold, the rep says you have to ask for a hot sandwich, otherwise it will not be warmed up. Ridiculous!

Came here on 8/11/24 at around 8:57 in the morning and receive wonderful service from the customer service man and other servers. In fact, the whole team were smiling and very kind even though there was a language barrier. I asked for the manager who came forth and I told him and he said ‘We deserve a raise, right?’ And I said yes, I think so. So please give them bonuses or raises. As most know, 93% of communication is nonverbal and I felt very respected by them… this is how customer service should be…which is rare in this area.

Large iced Latte mocha was good, but wasn't stirred. All the mocha syrup was at the bottom of the cup. The bacon, egg and cheese wake up wrap was good, but overdone. The edges were too crispy for a wrap.

Very disrespectful, rude and unorganized staff. The guy touched a dirty rag and used his bare hands to touch the mouth piece of the coffee lid. When I asked him he should avoid touching that area and give me another lid, he became aggressive and shut the window on me as I was talking.DD management, please do a better job at training your employees to include basic sanitation and decent behavior.

Got my order totally messed up. I ordered an iced coffee and asked for extra flavor shots, and they put in extra shots of espresso instead and charged me almost $6 for it; plus charged for the flavor shots. Gave me a new one and loaded it with ice, when I originally asked for a little ice. I also got two donuts and they gave me 3 instead, and charged me for the extra. I didn't notice until I was on the road.

If I could do ZERO STARS, I would in an instant!!!!!!!This is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my 40 years on this earth. EVERY OTHER TIME I go, they give me the wrong drink and insist that it is right. I order my lattes with skim milk and every other visit, they give me whole milk and insist that it is skim. Would YOU like to pay for and consume something that you dont like???? During my last (AND FINAL) visit, yet again, they give me my latte with WHOLE MILK eventhough on the mobile order it EXPLICITLY SAYS SKIM. I take a sip before I drive away and low and behold, it is WHOLE MILK. I tell the guy at the drive through it is not skim, then the manager comes over and ARGUES WITH ME saying that it is SKIM and that "he will not make 2 drinks for me everytime i go there." Who was asking you to make 2 drinks for me?? How about this, make it right the FIRST TIME and you won't have to make a second one. I am convinced that the Pakistanis that run this DD are ANTI-SEMETIC and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and will be urging them NOT TO GO THERE. This is HORRIBLE customer service and if I am paying for a product, it should be made CORRECTLY. I will be contacting corporate today and WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
