I went and ordered 2 meals and one sandwich. I received 1 meal and 1 sandwich. Even on the receipt showed exactly what I ordered and they refused to correct it. I asked for a refund and instead they charged my card a second time. The worst Dunkin location I’ve ever visited.

This Dunkin’ seriously needs better management. The customer service is always lacking — staff act like they’d rather be anywhere else, and it shows in how they treat customers. On top of that, the drive-thru trash cans are constantly overflowing, which makes the place look dirty and unwelcoming. I come here often out of convenience, but it’s clear the cleanliness and customer experience aren’t a priority. Definitely disappointing for such a big brand.

Worst Dunkin location! This location is so poorly informed on their own products and special menu items, I could be staring at the picture on the drive thru screen and they’ll tell me they don’t have it or they’re not sure what I’m talking about. They are consistently out of stock of donuts, bagels, certain refreshers or ice cream, the list goes on. It’s terrible. And if they somehow do have it they manage to mess it up anyway by burning the food or handing out the wrong drink. Lastly they have terrible customer service on how to resolve issues and take forever doing so. If you pay for something and they decide afterwards they don’t have it good luck getting your money back! It’s better to just visit the other Dunkin locations on Reistertown Rd at least they’re fast, polite, and efficient.

I had ordered Avocado Toast with Bacon and Sun-dried tomatoes. They no longer offer the tomatoes. And apparently, they no longer offer any bread as Toast!
The 6 pieces of small bad hashbrowns, which don’t even begin to fill the bag, is insulting.
This used to be our favorite place to go. Now it’s just become…. Silly. Nothing special about anything.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sourdough is not the strongest sourdough – tasting bread. I am no sourdough of aficionado, but I'm used to a more strong typical sourdough-taste to my bread. However, the sandwich was otherwise fantastic! I will say it was actually better than the one I got yesterday in downtown Baltimore, but was pretty good, which is what made me seek out another.
Both got much better when I added a little mango habanero sauce and zero sugar ketchup.

I didn’t want to give any review, but I didn’t have any choice. I noticed that a couple of time but today is the day that I have to give you guys review first thing on the drive-through when you’re there you’re working you should be taking care of customer I was there and drive-through. I was waiting for them to take my order, but they were talking in their own language. It took me one or two minutes Then they took my order. Food was OK, but disappointed as I said I’m disappointed with her customer service then another day I was inside of Duncan and we all knows Hygiene is very important and plus Duncan is very big brand. You have restroom to go and use ZI saw one of them flies through their inside of the Dunkin donut sink that’s very disappointed and disgusting. You should do something about this stuff. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed, I went through drive-through today, which was not working, I stood there for a while, try to place my order. It did not work. Followed by pulling up to the window and place my order. Customer service was pretty decent however my coffee was too sweet even though I asked for one less sugar. My wife's ice coffee had, look like expired milk with chunks of dots on top of iced coffee. I subsequently tried calling the store to notify them. However, nobody is picking up the call. Hence I am writing this review. I'm extremely disappointed, don't think I will be going to this location moving forward. Dunkin' Donuts has to make changes please thank you.

Worst experience, Kids want Donuts, so I went to this branch, after reaching home, found out that Donuts look Donuts bites rather proper donuts size and not fresh at all.

Tea was waaay too sweet. Got a small sweet tea, it was like drinking liquid sugar. Hashbrowns were cold and tasted weird, i think they microwaved them. Wrong donut. Definitely wasn't worth, since they've gone up on everything. It's disappointing. I don't think there are any good dunkin's in owings mills.
