I went to this location and went through the drive thru, On Thursday. A gentleman by the name of Ninbin took my order. Simple, small decaf hot coffee, cream and mocha sweetener. He was very nice and courteous. My coffee was perfect. I went back Friday. The same service. I will continue to go when I can. Thank you Ninbin for your service with a smile.

Beyond frustrated this morning with this Dunkin. I order a $6 meal deal, an extra sandwich and large tea, apparently totals $12 and some change, cool, that makes sense. Get to the window to pay and am handed two drinks and one sandwich. Mind you, they’ve already run my card and I realize they didn’t give me the meal deal. How did two drinks and one sandwich equate to $12? Well then he tells me to pay $3 more to get the rest of the meal deal. I’m just trying to get my wife and I some breakfast for work so I don’t have time to go through the hassle of figuring this out (and trying to be considerate of the cars behind me). I pay $15.44 for a $6 meal deal, large tea and sausage croissant… for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Then get to my wife’s job and the tea tastes like the canister hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long… can’t even finish it.

I just left here where I had to wait a long while for only four cars, but they are perpetually slow. I stopped coming here because they always messed up my order so this was my first time back…long story short,one splash of cream looks like They poured the whole carton in there and the coffee is so scalding hot that I can’t drunk it. like what is going on here long wait scalding hot coffee I mean just the lack of care this place consistently takes. I’m just amazed that is still open.

I just visited this location after a couple months and its just as good, even after renovations, this store manages to keep the area clean, with no problem in our orders. The manager and crew are always helpful and I never regret coming to this location. The staff including Nobin, Bikass, Abdol, and Resham keep the drive thru quick, always in and out. Love this place!!

The employees were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient, making sure every customer was attended to promptly.
The service was quick, even during busy hours, and the staff managed the rush effortlessly while maintaining a positive attitude. They were patient while taking orders, ensuring accuracy, and even offered helpful suggestions when I was unsure about my choice. My order was prepared perfectly, with my coffee at the right temperature and my donuts fresh and delicious.

This establishment is the worst. The customer service sucks, the guy that works drive thru in the morning (I guess he’s the manager) is very rude. All he cares about are the numbers, he mentioned to me just a week ago that they get rated on how fast they move cars through. Seems more focused on quantity and not quality. They never get my order right, tea is horrible, and I always have to ask for napkins and a bag.. smh.

A bit rude, unresponsive, don’t go out of their way to service customers. Seem to have it mixed up. They don’t get that they need the customers, WE don’t need them at all. We have a thousand other places we can go. No warmth whatsoever. Worst Dunkin we’ve visited by far.

Get my coffee from this establishment daily…apart from Sooni and maybe three others, whom displays great customer service, the rest are very rude, do not make to order and will have you feeling like you’re doing something wrong when you confront them about your incorrect order. Whatever happened to kindness and valuing your customers??? After all, it is your Customers whose keeping you in business!!! Love the night staff!!
