This place is ran by grown men who act like teenagers. They horseplay a lot and gossip with one another the entire time, but fail to pay attention when taking orders. They’ll drop your card on the ground at the drive thru because they’re careless and lack attention to detail. Must be nice to make mediocre coffee all day and be a gossip girl on the clock.

Nabin and the team here are probably the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the country! I’ve been coming here since this place opened and they’ve always treated me with celebrity status I enjoy seeing them begore I start my day they always have great energy and the best coffee!!

The worst customer service and employee I have ever encountered. January 4th, 2026 @ 5:00 pm went through the drive thru to pick up an order. Pulled out my clean empty tumbler and asked if I could get some ice and the employee was very kind and said sure. He brought it back and another employee snatched it out of his hands and gave it to me saying “give me $1.06 for ice”. I told him the first employee never said that & every Dunkin I’ve gone to including this don’t charge if you give them your own cup and if it’s their cup it’s like .50 cents. He gets nasty and says I’m not even a regular customer and that the other employee is new and that he himself has been an employee for a long time. So if I was a regular he would have been a decent human? Called me names and demanded the ice back. I would have 100% just paid if he approached nicely or didn’t call me crazy just because I inquired about the other employee. Then he tried to gaslight me by saying “what other employee?” Sir-the man standing right behind you! Regardless I still paid and he calls me toe names as I drive away. I’ll be escalating this matter. Horrible customer service.

I usually go to Starbucks and wanted to give Dunkin' a try, bad idea. I pull up to the drive through at 9:28am today and I say “give me a sec”. The guy says “it’s ok take your time”. Immediately after he then goes “Are you ready?” Which I say not yet he then says “it’s already been 30 seconds” ok and?? If you’re going to rush me to order I’ll just order somewhere else. How to you expect someone who’s never been to know what they want in 30 seconds. Mind you there was absolutely no one behind me.. Rude and disrespectful. I just took my money to Starbucks who never rush me.

The man currently at the drive thru window at 7:05am on 10/13/25 is very rude. I heard him using profanity to the person in front of me! Then when I pulled up he had so much aggression and his demeanor was not welcoming. He even told me to go back around to get an apple juice and no was behind me. I will not come back to this Dunkin. If you don’t want to work than quit and let someone else work sir

This Dunkin used to be great. Now, the early morning crew is terrible. I often get the wrong item. My online order ahead is never ready. Sometimes waiting up to 5 mins for a tea and bagel bites. They should find people who actually want to work. I’ll be finding a new Dunkin.

Unfortunately I made the mistake to go again to this store thinking that I will get a better service, and yet did not happen, I ordered a Medium hot latte, no flavor. I received a different order most likely coffee with a ton of sugar impossible to drink. I was too far driving when I got the first sip and I was beyond frustrated. Money waste literally! If you want your mood ruined check this place, if you don’t Avoid It!!!!
I went to this location and went through the drive thru, On Thursday. A gentleman by the name of Ninbin took my order. Simple, small decaf hot coffee, cream and mocha sweetener. He was very nice and courteous. My coffee was perfect. I went back Friday. The same service. I will continue to go when I can. Thank you Ninbin for your service with a smile.

Beyond frustrated this morning with this Dunkin. I order a $6 meal deal, an extra sandwich and large tea, apparently totals $12 and some change, cool, that makes sense. Get to the window to pay and am handed two drinks and one sandwich. Mind you, they’ve already run my card and I realize they didn’t give me the meal deal. How did two drinks and one sandwich equate to $12? Well then he tells me to pay $3 more to get the rest of the meal deal. I’m just trying to get my wife and I some breakfast for work so I don’t have time to go through the hassle of figuring this out (and trying to be considerate of the cars behind me). I pay $15.44 for a $6 meal deal, large tea and sausage croissant… for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Then get to my wife’s job and the tea tastes like the canister hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long… can’t even finish it.
