Placed an order on DoorDash and called to ask them to add something. They swore up and down they would do it, even got the manager on the phone to confirm and everything else. THEY LIED! Ain’t add nothing they swore they would. Don’t waste your time everybody in there just lying

Great place with excellent food. The location is a challenge. Parking needs updating for the area. The restaurant has an automatic 18% gratuity on the bill. Not something I like. But the dining experience is worth it. Try the Gooey Goose Bread. Delicious!!!!

This was my first visit to this particular location. The shrimp and grits were good although there should be more grits. There’s plenty of sauce, and while the sauce is tasty and plentiful, please add more than two tablespoons of grits to the plate. The shrimp are great quality and were fresh. I also felt like I received an ample amount of shrimp. MORE GRITS PLEASE! Our waiter, Cameron, was engaging, funny, and attentive.

I came here for the first time with my daughter. Around closing time like 30 minutes before they about to close. I ordered myself and daughter something to take out since they were about to close. First of all there customer service is terrible. The young lady that waited on me name Kayla. Her attitude is nasty she shown poor customer service while when I was ordering myself and daughter something to eat. Every time I asked a question she frown her face and answer me out of frustration. I understand it was near closing time when I came in to order my food. There is no excuse to treat people like that.myself and Daugher felt uncomfortable of waiting on my food. Because the way I were treated. Also I asked for some ranch sauce the girl Kayla said it was in my bag. It wasnt in my bag. So I ask a man with glasses can i get some ranch sauce. I guess he is the manager I don't know but he also looked at me like I was crazy. I ask him what was the name of the young lady waited on me. He gave me her name but he walked away from me. Didn't care to stay of me to let him know what were going on. Also I didn't care for they food as well. I wouldn't not returning back to this place ever again. The worst experience I ever experience in a long time of someone treated me with poor customer service. Yall need to work on yall customer service is very unprofessional and poorly. Of how yall treat people. Never again it only have to be 1time for me. Wouldn't give someone a second chance to treat me like that ever again. 🤬🤬🤬

AMAZING first visit!

My first time eating at Eggspectations in Owings Mills was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with nothing but smiles—even the day after Christmas—which immediately set the tone for a great experience.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made this visit special was the outstanding customer service. Our waiter, DaeSean, was incredible! He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions that perfectly complemented our meal. His professionalism, humility, and positive energy really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Thank you, Eggspectations, for such a wonderful experience. This was a 5-star visit all around, and we can’t wait to come back!

One of my favorite spots to go to celebrate the people in my life. The food is always great and so is the service. There were beautiful twins greeting me up on arrival with a welcoming smile. Nancy was a phenomenal server.
