Placed a Togo order at the chicken counter. The staff told me total was $21.99 for the order and tab to pay the credit card but when I got home and check my credit card I was charged 25.94 for the total. They added 18% for the tip without my consent. Your food is good but the your staff is not loyal.

Terrible experience as far as customer service an employee that work there a young light skin girl was very rude to me after I placed my order very argumentative over making a mistake while I was ordering food cause she had to throw away food that I did not want or pay for will be following up with corporate bad customer service 0stars

Probably the best Peruvian chicken I’ve had in the Baltimore metro!! The seasoning on the chicken- que rico!!!

Black beans and plaintains (maduros) were excellent as well. Delicious and affordable way to feed a family!!!

the side tooo small

I won't go to this store location I'm a door dasher and I had to wait for a customer order (30 mins. )For 3 salads with chicken i seen other ppl orders ring up and out the door the customer had to call the place had to wait 10 more mins just to be called i just don't recommend you go there 1 out of 10

The food is just ok and the portions are skimpy. I got a quarter white chicken with double rice and the guy literally put a single scoop of rice in each of the smaller compartments. I’m used to Sardi’s where they fill your tray and you get your moneys worth. I also got a small salad and the lettuce was wet and wilted. I highly doubt that I will be returning.

They gave a 1/4 chicken when I paid for 1/2 chicken. I didn’t notice until I got home. I tried calling but it kept going to VM.

A bad experience being part of the work team due to people issues I couldn't continue working and I worked 18 hours and when I got paid I only received 240 dollars and they told me 16 dollars an hour depending on the hour it was 14 and they didn't want to pay me more better they get upset

Food is good, but front wait staff need to practice better manners! When a person tips, say thank you!
