Firehouse Subs Garrison Forest

I love going to this Firehouse Subs specifically. They slice the meat how I ask and prepare the sandwiches exactly as I request, without fault. The customer service is always amazing, the establishment is always clean, and the sweet tea is just sweet enough for me.

We visited today for lunch and purchased two combo meals. The subs tasted great BUT there was hardly any meat and the manager on duty was not even close to being friendly. Do any of you like your jobs?

I just ordered for the first time and am really disappointed. I ordered the firehouse hero, which has roast beef, turkey, and ham. What I received only had beef on it. The sub arrived super cold like it had been sitting out (not sure if they made it too far ahead of my delivery window or what). I can't be certain it was the store instead of my delivery person so I won't hold that against them. I added pickles on my own because that's not a topping choice (weird for a sandwich place?).

Issues aside, I was not at all impressed with the taste and quality of the sub. I don't plan to go back.

They are seeking Expired chips .. make sure you check the dates on their food

Stephanie is always great. Our favorite place to get subs. They're always delicious and the bread is super fresh. Way better than subway

Recently went here to pick an order up, had to wait additional time and was asked to see an ID just to pick my food up… no one else (being white ppl) were asked that. Completely had something to do with the color of my skin. On top of that the sub was nasty and cold. 0/10 don’t recommend ppl of color to spend their $ here. I won’t be back!

Good shop..clean...food always made correctly. BUT the pulled pork sandwich ?is 110% a mix of minced and chunked Xmas ham. I mean i guess TECHnically thts still pulled pork?
