Fortune China serves delicious food! My favorites are Sweet and Sour Chicken with white rice and String Beans with Chicken and white rice. I also love their fried Chicken Wings with rice. And the owner is always a pleasure to chat with when I pick up my food! I just love this place. Can't say enough good things about their food and service.

I ordered lunch special which came to $10.65. I gave the Chinese man my card as he was being all friendly. With him not knowing im swift he charged my card $19.65. When i caught him he said oh im sorry. Whenever you go to this place check your charges if you pay by card. This msn is a crook, a thief!! Wrong one buddy!!

I would suggest treating your customers with value and respect and you'll see a lot more success. You run a business, but you lack customer service. Everytime I see you, you are never happy. You don't interact with your customers, instead you greet them with an attitude as if you don't want to be bothered. You run a restaurant, yet you tell me that I can not dine inside. Although last time, I ate inside and you said nothing about it. I see why your place is always empty. You should be happy that you have a customer who wants to sit down and eat. You have one area that is closed off, everywhere else is open so if you don't want customers to dine in, why do you have the area open? You should just sell your furniture at this point because it's taking up space and maybe you will have enough money to pay your bills and you wonder why you have been having a hard time keeping your business going, it's because you don't value your customers. I would rather go somewhere where I am treated with respect and where my money is appreciated. I pray that you will change your attitude and realize that your customers are what keep your lights on, pay your bills and without them your business is nothing. You should read your reviews so you can see where you need to make improvements. Furthermore, If a customer who is paying requests for extra crispy chicken, you should follow their orders, you are not the one who has to eat the food! Things like that make customers not want to come back to your business. Take notes from China Dragon in Catonsville! See how their business is Succesful and prosperous be wuse they value their customers! And if you are worried about a customer making a small mess than you are in the wrong business. It's a restaurant, things like that do happen! Like is this a joke? And you wonder why!

I will never spend my money here ever again. The food was not that great this time around anyway and the consistency is never the same. I came here because it was close by and also wanted to give you business but never again. I will be sticking to my original Chinese spot. You are rude.

Best eggfu young in the area, unlike others in the area this place doesnt skimp on the portions. Will contue to order here.

The General Tao’s and the Lo Mein are super good every time. My favorite place to eat. And the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve met since moving here a while back. It takes a little while so i always put my order in online and it’s usually ready in 30 min.

I had a severe craving for some l8 night Chinese food. Was about 8 pm on a Tuesday. Stopped in, ordered $35 of food, and was perfect ? was good food, and well worth it. I live in Owings Mills, so this is my new goto for Chinese food, since my last 2 places apparently went Biden belly up .....

The food was subpar. The general sales chicken was fried hard. The crab wontons was simply cream cheese. The shrimp fried rice was OK and that is very easy to make. The Szechuan string beans were average. I paid over $50 for my meal and do not mind paying for good food but this was some of the worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long time.

Sometimes one should actually value the reviews written by other customers. I didn't and I paid for it. I must say the guy who got me my takeout was really nice but the quality of the food was really bad. I ordered Dinner Combo (Shrimp with fried rice) all I want to say is it wasn't good.
