The lemon coconut cake had less than a fingernail of lemon curd, which was ridiculous for a 4 layer cake. It was extremely disappointing. If I could rate it minus zero, I would.

I’ve tried many of their cupcakes and they’re always moist and flavorful. Plus, they stay moist when you refrigerate them. I used to taste baked goods in a prior career so trust me when I say the cupcakes are great.

I just had a surprise party for my sister. I got the cake and cupcakes from Fresh Bakery. The party was Sunday and people are still calling to see if there is any cake or cupcakes left. Hands down some of the best bakery items I have had in years. Outstanding quality and service.

I ordered from here for my 21st birthday and all of my friends were asking where i got my cake from!! The cake looked beautiful and tasted good (cold). Overall 5 star place! Some discrepancies i have to mention, the cake i got (strawberry with white chocolate icing) was really good, but it was only good cold! i had it warmed and it didn’t taste right, but im the only one at my party that noticed. The second thing was that there was A LOT of icing, almost TOOOOO much. If you’re not an icing person and you get a star cake, maybe ask for a think layer or even just a crumb coat! The third this was pricing!!!! It was very expensive (as a college student) my cake was 190$! if you’re going to eat there make sure to get a rewards card!!!

So I found Fresh Bakery from a Google search for cake decorations near me. I wanted a special cake for my mom's 75th birthday. When I first called I left a voicemail, expecting someone to call me back. Two days went by and I heard nothing! I panicked because by now it was only a few days before I needed the cake. When I decided to call again, I thought I'm just going to hit the place an order option. Thankfully that's when I was able to speak with a person, and tell them my hopes and dreams for this cake. I was happy with the customer service, the helpfulness with the decorations, and the fact that it was a few days before I needed the cake and they didn't have a problem with it made me an instant fan. I am forever thankful for Fresh Bakery!! The cake was the highlight of the party! And to find out that my mother never had a birthday party in her 75 years only made the day even more special. Everyone loved (and I mean LOVED) the cake! "Its moist and full of flavor " - a compliment from my mother who doesn't really eat sweets and who's idea of sweets is a bag of peanut M&M's . She absolutely enjoyed herself!!
I was able to ask questions while browsing and find menu items online. The inside has been remodels, and I had been given a recommendation to come and check out the cupcakes. Mission complete.

Small bakery. Helpful friendly staff. Wonderful cupcakes. They have faithful standard cupcakes and awesome less tradistion flavors like snickerdoodle and turtle cheesecake. 6 cupcakes for 20, not bad.

Ordered a leopard print cake for my birthday. When I picked it up, the top looked fine. Went home and realized all the trimming was missing and the leopard print was terrible. No apologies, nothing. Just a customer service rep with a bad attitude who ended up refunding it. They did offer to fix it, but at that point, it was too far gone.

I have used Fresh Bakery for years and my previous experiences have been good. I called to order their specialty desserts and was advised I could not as they need a week's notice. The website does not state that information at all, it actually says 72 hours notice for delivery. Erica the assistant manager did not even ask how many did I need or offer to assist in any manner. Her response was basically you need to call us a week in advance and we have had complaints about the website. Thank you Erica you saved me money.
