The employee Courtney who took my order was incredibly professional and kind, even though she was managing the store alone at the time. She took the time to listen carefully to every detail of what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and ensured everything was written down perfectly.
When I picked up my cake, I was absolutely thrilled—it looked exactly as I had described! The design, colors, and details were spot on, and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. I believe this is my fourth time ordering a cake for a special occasion and I am always amazed by the way they execute my ideas every time.

I like there cakes and products but not sure if I will ever order from them I called to see what when I could put in an order for pickup on Saturday they said Wednesday so I called on Wednesday and they told me it was too late they couldn’t do it. Now if you’re told Wednesday then you should be able to put your order in. I’m just saying you should have a backup plan when you order from Fresh Bakery because they aren’t reliable.

I normally don't leave reviews... But my experience at The Fresh Bakery in Owings Mills was truly an 11/10! The staff were so helpful and kind. I want to give a very special thank-you to the manager, who noticed I was a little disappointed that my daughter’s cake wasn’t ready in time for her actual birthday (which was due to a mix-up on my part). She went above and beyond to make sure the cake was ready by her big day, and I’m so grateful ..it truly made my daughter’s birthday extra special!
The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for specialty cakes for any occasion. And the sweet potato cheesecake brownie Amazing!
I absolutely love this bakery. I’ve never gotten anything custom made from here so I can’t speak to that, but they’re ready made cupcakes, mini pies, and cupcakes are heavenly!!

Love this bakery. The cupcakes are delicious! From the icing all the way to the Breading.I’ve known about this bakery since 2017 and they’ve always been very nice and accommodating. I just ordered a few of their cupcakes from Uber eats and called into the store to switch out the flavors that weren’t available online as options. Courtney is whom I spoke with and she was very helpful as they always are.

Fresh Bakery never disappoints. Not only is everything delicious, but they are 10s across the board when it comes to customer service. Courtney who works there always presents a smile. A misunderstanding arose earlier in the year with a cake for my grandson’s birthday and she went above and beyond to make it right. I will never forget that. Thanks Fresh Bakery!!

Arrive 6 minutes before closing , everything was being wrapped was told they were sold out when I saw clear trays of cupcakes being wrapped . Poor customer service when the owner ran the place was better .

I ordered my daughter's 5th birthday cake along with cupcakes, cake pops and parfaits. It was all a Cinderella theme for 180-200 guests. The young lady that assisted me with the order was very friendly and helpful, I provided a picture of how I wanted the cake and it turned out amazing I could not be happier. The day of the party the delivery arrived on time and the gentleman that delivered everything was very nice and set It up in the trays I had provided. All my guests gave wonderful compliments of how delicious all the desserts were!! I would definitely recommend!!
