I bought my son here for his birthday dinner. We really enjoy our time here. Our Chef was entertaining and friendly. The staff were all really friendly and were constantly checking on us to make we had everything we needed.

First time doing take out. We ordered shrimp and chicken hibachi. It was so good. Quality food and fresh. You could tell only the best ingredients were used. We will be back to dine in.

Absolutely outstanding! We were loyal customers at their Cockeysville location before it closed during COVID. This was our first visit here and it was totally worth the drive. The service was top-notch: so fast and attentive. The restaurant is spotless, the hibachi was cooked to perfection, and they have huge portion sizes. We also tried the boba and it was honestly the BEST I’ve ever had. If you’re debating making the trip, do it. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Ginza Japanese Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The service was exceptional—attentive, courteous, and professional without being intrusive.

My meal was simply delicious—beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a reminder of why I love authentic Japanese cuisine. The attention to detail and quality was truly impressive.

OMG! Definitely NOT any type of hidden gem. The food: (Sushi review only). Dry, not fresh. Not fresh (did I say that) and all rice (little fish and veggies). Just the worst sushi we’ve had in 20+ years. The service… our server was sweating onto our table. And when he wasn’t dropping sweat, he was vaping in the hallway. The ambiance was poor - the “sushi room” had zero decor, no ambiance, nothing on the tables - just one old bottle of hand sanitizer. It was just an absolute horrible experience. I’m not sure how the hibachi is - but RUN FAST AND FAR if you’re thinking of sushi!

The place was empty at 5:00-6:00 on a Saturday evening. That speaks volume.

This place is phenomenal!! The sushi is great, the fish is top quality. The portions are generous as well and the prices are so reasonable. I personally love the theming in the restaurant - they even have a tatami room! Lily is so kind, welcoming, and gracious. All of the staff are great at helping me with my food allergies and I have never gone home hungry.

I truly appreciate everything about this place! The food and sushi are simply amazing, and I have a deep admiration for the owners and the wonderful atmosphere they create. The music they play adds such a special touch. I’ve never left feeling anything but happy and fulfilled!!

OMG- what a wonderful dinner last evening at Ginza. We enjoyed the shrimp appetizer, edamame, shrimp fried rice, beef, salmon and rock fish. Everything was absolutely delicious. I must mention that Chef Larry and hostess with the mostest Lilly provided exceptional service.

This place is outdated and definitely not what it used to be. The service is subpar and the food is bland.
