Terrible establishment that takes advantage of their patrons because they have somewhat decent food while lacking customer service skills. I received an incorrect order after dropping over $70 on this overpriced food. I called the store and they basically told me to EAT IT. I come back today to speak to someone In person and they tell me they can't do anything about it even after showing receipts. It's crazy they call everyone family but treats their customers like the cousin no one likes. If you can't take accountability for your inaccuracies then don't serve people and charge an arm and a leg. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely terrible service, this merchant only milks its customers for whatever they can get especially when they are in the wrong. I had my order messed up two times over and they still couldn’t give me half off when THEY were in the wrong. They call there customers “family” but treat them like cash grabs whenever they can. The food is decent but when it comes down to customer service they are lacking. It especially hurts that’s there were two beautiful black women working that were absolutely horrible to talk with and that includes the manager. I would not Recommend visiting this establishment.

While the food tastes great, I can’t overlook the fact that the owner and/or management allow high school students to loiter in front of their property on the outdoor seating patio. It looks like a school cafeteria. They horseplay, smoke pot, and leave trash. I talked to the manager of the Merrit Athletic gym next door to Granny’s. I was told that the people in charge at Granny’s are aware and refuse to do anything about it. I won’t be patronizing or spending another dime at this embarrassment of small business.

From PA, we were a long way from home and starving. The food here was amazing! It is a take-out style restaurant (for now I think), but there's tables set up outside for your immediate dining. So delicious!!! We were stuffed! Service was as promised for a walk-in, only 20 minutes for a pretty nice size order. And while we were sitting, the door was revolving! Highly recommend! Had to walk back in and thank them again for feeding us! It was so delicious! Great food, Granny's...Thanks again!

The food was delicious !!!!!!! I had the fried crab cake meal with Mac and cheese and candied yams I also ordered the honey peach glazed fried wings!!!! Everything was absolutely delicious!!! A lil pricey, I will go a few more times to try something else on the great menu!!! The greeting was awesome!!! “Hello family “ I’m a Navy veteran, raised by a southern mom. . just ordered the lemon pepper salmon with a garden salad. The salmon was so salty. I could not eat it. it was clearly over salted I called the restaurant spoke with jazz the supervisor to let them know the only thing that she said must was just seasoning no sorry no nothing no i'll redo you another order nothing very rude customer service is everything she offered me nothing or apology horrible customer service This is a prime example of a business that does not care about their customers at all.

It was fairly easy to place the order. I ordered about 2-3 weeks ago (March 2024). My boyfriend went in for pickup and asked if they had half & half. The cashier/server rudely responded by pointing it out and saying the restaurant's name for it. That was very uncalled for, the answer should've been a simple yes. I paid $50 for smothered pork chops, Mac and cheese, yams, 2 wings, a drink, and dessert. The smothered pork chops tasted like salisbury steak (TV dinner). The wings, mac and yams were good, not great or extraordinary. The complementary cornbread (which includes actual corn) comes in something similar to a plastic ketchup container. Oh and I never ate the apple pie, it looked burnt and tasteless. Overall, I would not recommend. If you like basic food that is expensive and comes with rude service, this is your place.
