While my server was very polite and patient and my food came out nice and hot, there were things that didn’t sit well with me like an employee on his phone the entire time I was there. The area I was sat in was dirty and my server swept the mess on the floor away from where I was sitting and left it in the middle of the floor.

Such a bad experience at this IHOP. Our server wasn’t that great. When we wanted to add something additional to our breakfast after he put the order in, he said no multiple times. What do you mean no? Mind you, we had put our order in a couple minutes prior. He eventually did it, but why say no… anyways. We were served undercooked eggs. You could still see the uncooked yolk. When it came back the second time, it was still undercooked. No apologies or anything.
We got our check, I stated I would like the eggs off of our bill because they were undercooked, our server snatched the receipt off the table and didn’t say anything. He took it off. We still have food on our plates, he didn’t offer boxes. Once we paid, it was like we didn’t matter.
The whole experience was a 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend. Throw the whole IHOP away.

Breakfast shouldn’t be this difficult. The staff has zero urgency or customer service skills. No silverware, drinks take 10+ minutes, sticky tables, no refills, and food arrives 30–40 minutes after ordering. Honestly, the whole experience was a mess.

Wanted some pancakes so made it a mom/daughter breakfast. Very nice waitresses. Nice and clean location. Was busy at the time we went byt was seated quickly (within 10 mins). Food was great and the conversation was better. Definitely will be back soon. One of our favorite breakfast spots for nice reasonably priced food.

I was greeted immediately upon entry. 1 of the 2 hostess was kind and professional. My server was prompt, attentive, and polite. My food was tasty and hot. I will return again.

We went on Veterans Day for my husband to get his free breakfast. We were there for an hour and a half total before our food came out. Everyone who came in after us was served their food. When the server brought out food out everything was wrong so we left. We will never go back to that location

The service was great and the food was tasty, but the food was not hot enough. Also, there was only 2 other tables occupied when another couple arrived and were seated right behind me. They were so loud that I could still hear them with my ear buds turned all the way up in my ears. My point being They could have seated them at least one table away from me not right behind me.

Came in here for breakfast after a 3 mile walk. Got the Chicken Fajita Omelette some Cinnamon Bun Crepes that were waaaaay too sweet even for me, sorry forgot to snap them. My omelette & coffee was pretty good. Typically iHop atmosphere, bubbling & bustling. We got what we came for and went home and took naps lol.

I stopped by this IHOP to grab a quick bite before hitting the trail Sunday and yes of course always a good foodie experience!!! Friendly staff, fast service, and fresh food🙌🏾 I tried the new fall stack of Pumpkin Spice Pancakes w/ Eggs and Turkey Sausage paired with some Green Tea. Yummmy!!!! I dug in so fast I barely remembered to take pics LOL

Ihope, what did we do to you guys? We came here expecting the IHope experience we have always have but definitely NOT at this location. Server didn’t even care about getting us some water, had to ask at least five times for water. It’s not busy either at the restaurant. Remember customers come to eat and experience customer service.
