Jersey Mike's Subs

I came into the store with my colleague to eat. My first order was wrong they apologize to me and want to make a second one then my second order came out wrong. They apologize again and want to make a new sandwich for me I said OK that's fine but then knowing their mistake, they were trying to charge me money again really really bad experience management is terrible. The counters are filthy and dirty. I will never ever come back to this location in my life again and I will call the corporate and complain to them as well because this was unacceptable at all and also, I waited for like 20 minutes to get my order they made it all wrong since the beginning I even spoke to the manager on duty to fix the issue, but he refused when the manager was trying to take my older second time, he asked me to pay again, but I refused and left without eating

Yes. 5 stats is correct. Considering the last time I visited, it was an unsanitary atmosphere and staff. Went in today. New Management, staff Elijah and Isaiah stood out for their friendliness and cleanliness. There were several others that looked like managers, and they were accommodating as well. Not all Jersey Mikes are created equal. There are some corporate locations, and others are franchises. I'm not sure what this one is, but I will be back. The tuna was perfection today. The turkey was well received as well. They did a good job today, I hope they stay consistent.

Floors were very dirty. 4 or 5 people working but no one wants to clean but would rather step over everything. Had an online order, took 5/6 minutes for someone to acknowledge or even ask if I had an online order.

Prep area was the messiest I've ever seen from any other JM I've been to. The workers weren't necessarily rude, but they have to be the least friendly bunch I've dealt with. The order taker was more concerned about his phone conversation than he was about taking my order. I'll probably just drive a couple extra miles next time I'm craving JM. First impression of this store was not it.

Drove all the way here for my lunch break to try it just for the employees to tell me they don’t serve hot sandwiches. A waste of time !!!

I don’t usually post anything about anybody’s restaurants, but This is the fourth time I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s in Owings Mill station. And something was wrong. One time I posted about the staff being rude, so I chose to order my food online. This is the third time I’ve ordered my food online and the order was wrong. I always ask for wheat bread and I get white bread. My bad for not checking, but I’m ordering online and I wish to pick up my food in hurry because I am in a hurry. This last sandwich that I ordered was the worst. I ordered a turkey and provolone Mike’s way with pickles and mayo on both sides of wheat bread. Know wheat bread, hard white bread, and the sandwich was skimpy. Felt like I was eating a tomato and pickle sandwich. SMH.. I started coming to Jersey Mike’s because I didn’t like Subway sandwiches. This last sandwich was worse than a Subway sandwich.
This will probably be my last time eating at Jersey Mike’s. I know you guys don’t care because you’re gonna make money from other people regardless . I mean, who am I, just a guy that used to like Jersey Mike’s subs. But I don’t wanna feal like I’m being ripped off.

great service and good food

It was 850p and I was denied service, even though they close at 9p. Am I being unreasonable if a company’s hours are until 9?
Edit: I am trying not to be insensitive of the fact that it was within 10-15 of closure but it was to feed my pregnant wife…this is where my true frustration lies

Food is fresh, not sitting all day. Great service, good prices. My only place for subs.
