Order two bowls with extra meat. It was not extra meat at all. Both bowls looked as if someone just threw them together. For the bowl to cost $ 16 this was unacceptable. It definitely wasn’t made with care. I never do reviews so just know I was highly unsatisfied.

The young lady making the sandwiches was very rude and unpleasant, when I asked to get the bundle she was very rude saying that can't do it and refuse to say why, she then made my sandwich very rudely I won't return at all. I right here by this location so me and my coworker usually come and sometimes get catering done but after today we will take our money elsewhere.

I just ordered a turkey and cheese and provolone sub from Jersey Mike's during lunch time. I ordered it at 12:30 p.m. and it arrived at 1:00. P.m.. this was one of the worst subs I have ever receives from this place. This actually is the second time I've ordered using doordash. The quality of the sandwich was terrible. It's as if they were rushing or they didn't take the time to dress the sandwich like they would. If I was standing in front of their faces at the sandwich bar. They really need to take some pride in their work at all times and send out delivery food with the same type of care and attention and service that they provide customers when they're picking up food at the restaurant. Delivery food shouldn't look terrible when it's delivered but look great when you're actually in the restaurant. My sandwich looks nothing like the pictures posted online or at the shop.

Really good subs and they make them to order and as you want them. I almost always get a steak and cheese sub. Today I didn't want the cheese, and they made it without for me and I never get it with mayo. I added lettuce, tomato, pickles and some hot peppers and it made for a delicious lunch. I come here about once a month on average and they never disappoint.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Jordan and the crew at the Owings Mill location. We had a business meeting that was supposed to have food from a different restaurant and that other restaurant messed up. I called The Owings Mill location and spoke to Jordan and asked her for help in catering boxes, cookies and brownies at the last second and she was able to hook us up so thank you for the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were very good and the cookies / brownies were awesome. Thank you for being an amazing location.

This location is rather disappointing because they refused to accept my Jersey's Mike gift card, perhaps this is not their fault but considering that there is absolutely no way to get a response from the parent corporation, I don't know what else to do other than leave this note here

This was a terrible experience. Ordered delivery. We were missing 4 chips & 4 drinks. I called and received a refund because they couldn't have the items delivered. Called back to advise that a sub was incorrect. The manager on duty insisted that all the subs were correct because she made them. She would only refund if the subs were brought back. I ordered & paid for delivery so I wouldn't need to visit the store. I'm extremely disappointed by the way this was handled.

This was my first time ever at a Jersey Mikes and it will now be my last time. The restaurant was unclean, the cashier had an attitude, and the food received was unacceptable, the manager was also part of the problem.

I placed an order for pick up online. I received an email receipt at 5:46pm, I arrived at 6:04pm. (It said it would be ready in 15 minutes.) I looked around for a pick up station like it said to online when placing my order, I didn't see one so I just stood near a wall waiting patiently. I've been a restaurant gm so I get sometimes online times aren't accurate and in store gets busy and some things are just out of your hands. However when I walked in there was two people waiting on their orders and only one person ordering in person. After the in person order was made and she left the cashier asked what I was waiting on (at this point I never approached) I told him it was an online order for pick up and my name, he then gets an attitude with me when he tells me it's not ready yet. After more time passed and one or two walk ins but no crazy line or anything I asked how much longer. I received my order at 6:19pm. I ordered 2 italian subs, 1 in a bowl, the other on a sub roll. I get home and go to take everything out of the bag, the one on the roll had no oil or vinegar, it was partially cut not all the way so it fell everywhere when you picked it up, lettuce looked like it was thrown in the wrapper not on the sub, and the bowl had a lid to large for it so it spilled when taking it out of the bag, they never mentioned anything such as hey be careful taking it out the lids not secure which would of been a nice heads up. I called and asked for the manager and discuss the entire situation. When she answered she just said hi, no introduction, not her name, that she was a manager, nothing, then after I tell her everything she just says ok. Never apologized for any problems or inconveniences or trys to discuss a resolution just ok then silence. I just asked for a refund at that point then she asks if it was a doordash order i said no where you not listening the entire time when I said it was an online pick up, or the cashiers attitude when I walked in or anything I said. The entire situation was unacceptable and I will not be returning.

I pick up subs (which are quite good!) for my girlfriend from here often. The service here is great. Sometimes the line is a little long around dinner time, but I always order ahead and wait 20-30 minutes before heading over. The staff are super friendly and attentive.

Coming to this location defeats the purpose of ordering online. Order was not ready and the worker decided to serve everyone in line and ignore the three people who ordered online. Just simply poor customer service. Inexcusable and unacceptable. I won't be patronizing this location again.

The manager took the order and got it wrong. The gal doing the fixings and register caught the mistake. She offered us the sub that was wrong but the manager took it away. The manager said we are making you the right one. Of course we had to wait longer to eat 😔 this place sucks. I feel they offer the messed up food to select people. If I could give zero stars I would. No compensation for their mistake 😕
