Yes. 5 stats is correct. Considering the last time I visited, it was an unsanitary atmosphere and staff. Went in today. New Management, staff Elijah and Isaiah stood out for their friendliness and cleanliness. There were several others that looked like managers, and they were accommodating as well. Not all Jersey Mikes are created equal. There are some corporate locations, and others are franchises. I'm not sure what this one is, but I will be back. The tuna was perfection...

Prep area was the messiest I've ever seen from any other JM I've been to. The workers weren't necessarily rude, but they have to be the least friendly bunch I've dealt with. The order taker was more concerned about his phone conversation than he was about taking my order. I'll probably just drive a couple extra miles next time I'm craving JM. First impression of this store was not it.

Ashame that the service sucks. Laaaazy teens and young adults working here for the most part, with a couple exceptions. Bad service on more than one occasion here, so that'll be it for me @ this location......Good food though. The turkey & roast beef cold sub is very tasty & the cheesesteak sub is very good also.
