I like Jimmy Johns, but I don't think I've ever seen better customer service at a fast food place. They are so consistently nice, friendly, helpful, good sense of humor, and SO fast with all orders. I work nearby so I order frequently. I'm a teacher and it's the only place around I can reliably order from as I leave school and have totally ready to pick up when I get there, meaning I'll make it back in time before the short lunch period ends.
Their subs are absolutely fantastic. They've got unbelievably fast delivery the stores are clean they are efficient there are barriers in place besides the fact everyone in the world having been vaccinated! Jimmy John's is great and customize your sub to way you want it.

I think a lot of the bad reviews are from online orders/ door dash. And honestly I think door dash/ uber eats/ etc have really ruined a lot a of places by overloading them with orders. I’ve ordered in person a few times here and people are always nice.
