TERRIBLE!!!!! STRAIGHT ATTITUDE FROM THE SANDWICH MAKERS BECAUSE OF HOW I ORDERED MY FOOD THAT I'M PAYING FOR!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
I think a lot of the bad reviews are from online orders/ door dash. And honestly I think door dash/ uber eats/ etc have really ruined a lot a of places by overloading them with orders. I’ve ordered in person a few times here and people are always nice.
Horrible customer service. Employees just look at you, hardly speak or speak up to hear them. No politeness or hospitality; and certainly not fast service. Hilarious that a tip is requested on the receipt. Won't return to this location.
It was a very loud and horrible experience! The young men were in there arguing and yelling. I couldn’t even think straight to order my food right.
No pickle!!! Horrible service. We ordered DoorDash twice both time we ordered pickles that never came. Call tonight because yet again no pickles came with the orders although we paid for pickles. Was told they’d send a driver to bring pickles that NEVER came!! We are never ordering from here again. How can you make orders and continuously leave out items we paid for. Also both order came with hots although only one order called for hots. This place is horrible! Don’t order from here unless you wanna be disappointed!!
The employees at this store are not happy and forgot how to smile. For me that's 90% of customer service. If you don't serve with a smile, the food is not enjoyed. Management should help to bring back the smile.
1st time going to a Jimmy John's and it was not a good first impression. The order was delayed and not correct. The type of sandwich was correct but the toppings were not even close. I asked for extra oil/vinegar, pickles, no Dijon on sandwich but mustard packets and No Mayo. My sandwich did not have anything I asked for and plenty of mayo. I can't tell you if the sandwich was good or not because mine had mayo which I hate.
Went to get a # 14 bootlegger I ask for some oil and vinegar on the sandwhich the young man started laughing leaning over the sandwhich . He did have a Mask on but he continue to laugh while making my sandwhich he was very unprofessional I thought. When arrive to my Destination the entire bag was filled with oil all over my clothes.The person that I was sharing the sandwich with had oil all over there clothes from holding the bag so when we open the bag It was A mess. Call back at the Jimmy John's in Owings Mills Ask to speak to the mgr. The guy that made my sandwhich said he was the active mgr and said well you must bring in the sandwhich to see the oil. I explain he knew what he did but can he be a liitle careful next time I felt he was not focus and he had another young man standing next to him watching. He jump right to say well it's nothing he can do without the evidence which I toss smh. He didn't have a sincere apology.
Delivery never came. They said some delivery drivers know addresses and some don't. Apparently in this age of the internet and GPS you can still get lost
They told me I had to wear a face mask to order there. Even though no where else currently makes you wear a face mask. No mandates! The bathrooms are always closed and they won’t let you eat there. Even though they have plexiglass up everywhere they are still scared. Guess they watch a lot of cnn. There is no mask mandate in effect so I don’t see how they can refuse service. I used to eat here I’m never going back.

Their subs are absolutely fantastic. They've got unbelievably fast delivery the stores are clean they are efficient there are barriers in place besides the fact everyone in the world having been vaccinated! Jimmy John's is great and customize your sub to way you want it.
I enjoy this Jimmy John's because of their excellent customer service. The manager runs a tight ship. Its always clean and the employees are pleasant and delightful. The lunch staff is always on point! Thanks Louie, Shabazz, and Hanna... hope I spelled those right. You guys are the best!!
Absolutely terrible service. Drove 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back for a pickup order. Got home and my order was incorrect. I called and the manger offered a $6 credit. Left me on hold for over 5 minutes after i asked for a refund. Said “okay ma’am the owner can give you a refund” and hung up the phone on me. Absolutely disgusting and will be reporting “Dominick the manager” if that is even his real name) to corporate.
First time ever and my sub was delicious!! The staff was polite and very helpful in helping to select my sub!! Thanks Jimmy John’s.
On Saturday Dec 18,2021, I came from out of town drive over 2 and 1/2 hours to get to Maryland, my first stop before even reaching family was my favorite sandwich place Jimmy John's in Owings Mills,MD first having traveled that long I needed to use the restroom, and was told "NO" and I that couldn't and I should go across to Chick-fil-A, I hope that management sees this and know that this is how loyal customers are being treated in their establishments by workers the store had over at least 45 minutes before closing cause other customers came in after us.
