The ladies at the Owings Mills Krispy Kreme are AWESOME!!! We placed a short notice order for 25 dozen donuts on Labor Day weekend. It was a ridiculous ask, please try not to do that to these nice ladies!

Our order was PERFECT and ON-TIME!!

Came in on 8.31 at 10.24am and already they sold out of the Harry Potter doughnuts. But my review isn’t that the doughnuts were unavailable, it was how rude and condescending the lady who was taking orders was.

I walked in and they couldn’t care less that a customer was there. I was confused cause there was no one at the register but the other side said mobile orders so when I was standing there waiting she looks at me with a crooked eye so I asked should I order from you or is there someone coming to the register. Instead of politely saying I could order from her she just kind of grunts and waves her hands. So I go to the mobile side and ask for two sorting hat doughnuts and one of each of the Harry Potter doughnuts. She rudely says read the sign which was a small 12x9 inch black and white paper at the end of the register side which I didn’t see because she told me to to come to the mobile side.

I was so taken aback by the attitude from the get go and when she told me to read the sign instead of just politely saying sorry we’re out of this or that I was even more confused why I was being treated that way. What’s even worse is that while she was getting the doughnuts she was mumbling under her breath how people don’t know how to read and that’s why the sign is there.

I just wanted to surprised my kids with their favorite doughnuts and was completely treated like an idiot. Never will I come to this Kristy Kreme or honestly another ever again. The lady should be fired without question as the attitude and condescending nature was so extreme and unnecessary over doughnuts. I didn’t do anything to deserve this.

Everytime I come here it’s an issue. A latte takes 5 minutes to make and doesn’t even come up the lid? Staff not that friendly and la’erica could be more knowledgable and give customers what they ask for. I won’t be back but hopefully it gets better for others.

Terrible customer service from the girl working the drive thru . She never answered to take the order and when I pulled up to the window she was just sitting on her phone. How hard is it to take an order and do your job. Hire better employees

My daughters were okay so they didn't taste fresh with a lack of filling in the middle like they should have but with that being said the atmosphere and the workers were great

It does not matter what time of day on any day of the week I come here, 7am, 9am, the hot light is never on and the donuts are never hot or warm.When I decide to go buy some anyways, I'm always disappointed in the cold donuts. That's the whole reason I am going is to get hot and fresh donuts. I have even gaslit myself to think maybe the hot light is broken. Nah! It's just not on because the donuts are not hot. Please bring back hot donuts!

Almost every time I go, the customer service is horrible. A few times, I have canceled my order and pulled off because I don't want the person with bad customer service preparing my food. Today, I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts and I barely like their donuts, but their customer service is better.
