Kinda disappointed when I checked my group Of three in for my reservation. They told me every table except the one in the back corner was “requested” Or reserved? Why did I make a reservation then? Three weee two people in the restaurant at the time, with one person at the bar. Simply asked for a 4 top, not in the back corner? Also what is the actual definition of “requested”, seems counter to the idea of me placing reservation ? Also, the 5 oz carbs cake was $41 dollars and came with potato chips? That aside I was really disappointed in their willingness to accommodate a party of three for another table. There were 20 open 4 tops

My family and I reserved a private room for dinner and had a wonderful time. Josh took amazing care of us all evening from start to finish. We had some kids running around and he wasn’t phased, coursed everything perfectly, and was incredibly attentive to any needs we had. Food and drinks were terrific as well!

Went for my office holiday party, and the food was delicious!! Amazing staff, friendly hosts, and our server was such a time! Love him, and hope he gets all the tips he deserves from people! I think his name was Josh.

For Owings Mills, MD this is the place to go for nice dinner, not cheap but great food and service at Linwoods. I had the squid appetizer which was on top of humus and olive tapenade and it was soft and flavorful cooked just right.
For main I got the French onion burger cooked MR. The tast was great, perfect temperature, I think my main feedback was that the bun didn't hold up underneath. So I ate it with knife and fork but like I said still tasty, not enough to knock a star off.
Haven't been there in years but Linwoods is still putting out great food & service, as it should for the price. Check out this spot if you can, you'll enjoy.

Linwoods is my mom's favorite restaurant. We've been eating there for years and this visit was the first time I've had a complaint about the food. We ordered fried oysters as a starter, they're usually exceptional, but were a little doughy and bland. They are served atop a celery root slaw that we usually fight over but it was also bland. Salads were amazing as usual as was the scallop risotto, but the shrimp scampi was flavorless. At the price point, pasta should always be exceptional (which has always been in the past). It could have been an off day or perhaps there is new kitchen management. The service was impeccable as always. I'm hoping it was a fluke.
