The service is great. The employees are always super friendly. Very efficient operation.**Bonus they have a drive-thru pick up window!**
We were quite pleased with our Little Caesars experience the other day. The cashier was very helpful and explained the menu/pricing etc. The pizza was fresh out of the over and the cheese was delicious, this was serious mozzarella! The restaurant was also very clean! Will definitely return.

My husband and I went to Little Caesars for the Veterans Day special, and we just want to say how much we appreciate them for offering it. From the moment we walked in and mentioned that my husband is a veteran, we were greeted with smiles and treated with such kindness.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and genuinely joyful to serve us. The Veterans Day special included a deep dish New York–style pizza and a soft drink. The pizza was absolutely excellent—baked to perfection with a golden crust, deliciously melted cheese, and perfectly cooked pepperoni.
We just want to personally thank Little Caesars for honoring veterans in such a thoughtful way. It truly means a lot to our family, and the great food made it even better!

They advertise that they have the new crazy puffs and don’t. I called to confirm before I came they they had them and they claim they do not have the ingredients. It’s frustrating again because I called prior to coming in the rain. All they could offer me was a free sauce the next time I ordered. There will not be a next time. Very disappointed

Owings Mills location. Haven't had their pizza in years. Tried them again and was disappointed. Ordered a hot and ready cheese pizza and it was dry and not cheezy at all. I will not be going back to this location. I will try another location to see if I get same results. If I do get same results I will be done with little Caesars PERIOD!!!

The items I wanted wasn’t ready or so they said. What they had, pizza and crazy bread was dry and stale. It was obvious it had been sitting there for a long time. The crust was crusty. Worst experience there. Don’t tell customers you don’t have something because you want to sell things that’s not good. That is poor service.

I've had pizza at a lot of different Little Caesars, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best! I get the deep dish, and the crust is always perfect. Crunchy, golden, and tasty. I don't know their secret, but this crew has the right touch.
