Welp, I'm a little late w review but, I remember the experience well.
I saw this establishment on Yelp and couldn't wait to visit. I love Thai.
I even took hubby.
This was post Covid, so safety precautions were still in effect.
This establishment was clean, spacious enough, and had sanitizer provided.
We ordered the following.
Shrimp Cakes
Chicken Paradise (Thai Wings)
Steamed Vegatable
Chicken Fried Rice
Sweetened Jasmine Iced Tea
Overall, flavorless. Everything was safe, 0 potent flavors.
The tea was ok.
The customer service was great but, I won't be returning.

Little Spice – Owings Mills Review
Little Spice in Owings Mills is a charming spot with a lot to offer, but I’d have to agree—it leans more toward Chinese flavors than Thai cuisine, despite the name suggesting otherwise. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s worth noting if you’re going in expecting a purely Thai experience.
The menu offers a mix of both Thai and Chinese dishes, but the Chinese-inspired options definitely steal the show. The General Tso’s Chicken, Lo Mein, and Kung Pao dishes are flavorful and well-executed, with generous portions that make it great for sharing or taking leftovers home. The Pad Thai and Green Curry, while decent, lack the authentic depth of flavor you might find at a dedicated Thai spot.
Service is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself has a cozy vibe, making it a good place for casual dining. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes ensure you get your money’s worth.
If you’re craving Chinese food with a hint of Thai influence, Little Spice is a solid choice. However, if you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine, you might want to explore other options. It’s a great neighborhood spot for what it offers, but it’s definitely more of a Chinese restaurant in spirit.

Phad sew with shrimp noodles was not so great. Shrimp tasted food like Frozen and there was really no flavor to make the noodles. Thai ice tea was one of the not so good I have had.

if you plan to eat there in the restaurant at 8:30 they will turn you down and not seat you.
In days when you have Grubhub, UberEats, and similar Apps, why do people go out to eat at restaurants? For the experience… but alas this place closes at 9pm and they stop seating at 8:30pm.

Little spice smells so good when you walk in the door. I didn’t realize how hungry I was until I saw and smelled the food. We got a menu from the counter, sat ourselves down at a table and were promptly greeted by our server. I had a noodle dish where I cleaned the plate and my friend has a fries rice dish she really liked. We will be coming back.
Dietary restrictions: The restaurant is totally gluten free.

Manners:
Lady in the counter is very rude. No courtesy and respect towards customer at all. While we were waiting for the order my child who is in wheelchair had tried to get onto the sitting bench with the help of his knees , thats when the lady shouted from the counter and warned us that that he is not allowed to do that as the white wooden bench will turn dirty if the Crocs touch the bench. OMG is this the humanity ?
Food:
If you don't know how to behave with the customers it doesn't matter how good and tasty your food is.
Change your attitude and use the words wisely, so that you don't lose your customer.

This is a blink and you will miss it spot. A little hole in the wall in Owings Mills that is absolutely worth it! I’m a big fan of Thai food and this is easily some of the best I have had. I started with the papaya salad and its taste and texture were perfect. A great balance of spice and flavor. The two little grilled shrimp paired nicely with the citrus undertones of the dish. I got pad see ew with chicken as my entree and for the first time I couldn’t finish the whole plate. It was incredibly flavorful and everything blended well together. Both dishes had a small amount of spice but nothing that should deter calmer palettes. There was only one waiter at the time I went in but she was amazing. Left you alone long enough but was attentive to make sure you didn’t ever end up lacking. If you want great Thai food I cannot recommend this place enough!
