I absolutely HATE AND DESPISE the McDonald’s in New Town. Everyone up to the manager is ignorant and act like they are doing you a favor. But they will never get my hard earned money again.

Unfortunately Fathers Day wasn’t their day. Slowest thru experience not only to find out they do not carry sugar free syrup (*forget any medical conditions) and with an order of a big breakfast with hotcakes EXCEPT they forgot my hotcakes. I received a call to say drive your 70+ mom back to store because they can’t email a coupon. They only offer verbal apologies
