Door says dinning is open until 11pm, doors are locked at 9:15. less then 2 hours. i think that’s misleading and should be investigated. especially for door dashers

My group meets there twice a week, from 6:30-10:00. There has been times when school kids get a little rowdy, but management always intervene within 3-5 minutes and the problem is solved. Now the food, we arrive there at 6:30, we order and our food is served. The staff is great, the food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I placed an order through the spp for 2 double fish meals and once home, realized it was 1 double fish meal and 1 regular fish meal with someone else's name on it. I've been trying to call for the last 45 minutes and there is no answer. Not only does it go to voicemail, but the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Don’t care at all about delivery drivers time. Takes 10 minutes to even speak to guest in the lobby. Only concerned about the drive thru. Service is complete trash.

If nobody will say it the people at this establishment are rude sneaky they mess with your food on purpose I have not had just one bad incident I had three and they play with your food so I never want to go back there ever again they leave things out of your order on purpose and they mess up your food they just throw your sandwich together sometimes they forget your sandwich they gave my daughter for her happy meal some fries a toy and apple slices no sandwich I get all the way home and look in her box and it's no sandwich in there

It is not that hard to fill up fries! Mind you, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MEDIUM FRIES. Thankfully they were free due to a deal I had, still this is just sad. They taste old as well, and y’all forgot one of my sauces that I paid for. Do better, McDonald’s.

It’s always busy but that’s not much of a problem. The wait time is the problem. After waiting nearly 30 for my mobile order, the food was ready the receipt was on the bag that’s how I knew it was mine. But the lady at the front was having a conversation and wasn’t passing the food out, I requested it and she caught an attitude, she so rude. The then takes the bag to the back and brings it back out. The bag wasn’t sealed who knows what she could’ve done with it.
