I ordered my dinner through curbside. It didn't take long for the bag to make its way to my car, however after checking it, they forgot my fries... (all I ordered was a single meal. How did you forget the fries?). I then park the car and make my way to the front door to fix my order. The front door... locked. The side door... locked. The other side door... locked... at 4:15 pm. I now had to sit in the very drive thru line I wanted to avoid by ordering curbside.

I tried this location three times before saying enough is enough. Starting with the service, I placed my order inside at 11:53 and didn't get my food until 12:21. Twenty eight minutes is absolutely unacceptable for "fast food". The manager just shrugged her shoulders, said something in Spanish while walking away when I asked about my food. So when I finally got my order, it was ice cold like it was sitting around and forgotten. I would have taken it back, but was afraid of getting too mad and just walked out. The manager also did nothing about the twenty or more kids in there who were sitting on tables, vaping and asking customers for money even though a sign clearly states no kids during school hours. Just a total mess, avoid this place...

Ordered a super simple sausage and egg McMuffin meal this morning. Took a big bite out of my sandwich and chewed nothing but egg shells. Opened the sandwich to see pieces of shell cooked into the damn egg. The ONLY reason I did not go back is because I was already close to being late for an important work meeting. I have never been to this location when there was not an issue. Usually it’s missing items or them taking forever for a simple cheeseburger. They need to fire everybody in there and start over. This could’ve easily been a lawsuit.

They lock the lobby doors during the middle of the day. Make everyone resort to the drive thru. No sign or explanation of why the lobby would be closed. You can see employees inside.

Poor customer service staff will look at you and ignore you as you stand at counter waiting for service. It takes them 20 mins to get your food drive thru never can get your older right. Only mcdonald's in this location next one 10 mins away. Finally had enough and will not order from this location

The drive-through closes at 12 AM at 11:32 PM the workers on today’s date were all standing at the window laughing and would not take anyone’s order as they drove through the drive-through. The general manager needs to take control of this situation. Pathetic.

My food is always hot and fresh here! I ordered online this morning before breakfast was over, I arrived to pickup and breakfast has ended. The computer kicked back my order. The manager Alba was very accommodating and redid my order for me even after they switched over to lunch. I appreciate that! The staff is young but friendly. The small things go along way. Thank you guys!
