Nalley Fresh - Owings Mills

I have been going to Owings Mills place of business for about two years after church services. Both of my complaints involved Gloria. She's a poor idea of an assistant manager, and not nice at all.. The second bad service was Dec. 15. 2024. She processed my refund of <$13.93> without giving me a credit/refund/ voided receipt. Gloria only gave me two debt receipts: 1) $13.93 and 2) $13.38. Gloria said the register do not offer credit/refund or voided receipts. What kind of store doesn't give credit/ retund or void receipts, just debit receipts. Crazy !!!

From the time I walked through the door I was not greeted. I never been here so I wasn’t sure of the process and thought my order was submitted from my job already. So I asked was the order already placed because 2 minutes in either of the women approached me. They said no so I said ok I’lljust get 2 salmon ceazer salad wraps and a vegetarian chili BOWL because my supervisor was on the phone and didn’t like the service but 2 others still wanted their food. So the younger girl says so are you getting anything or not. I’m confused because I stated what I wanted already. So the older lady start speaking in her language. And I said that’s the worst customer service EVER. HOW ARE YOU DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER AND SPEAKING TO YOUR CO-WORKER IN A NATIVE TOUNGE. They continued to chat then the girl said what’s your protein. I RESPONDED I SAID SALMON TWICE ALREADY. SHE COME TO THE CASH REGISTER AND SAY DO YOU WANT THE CHILI OR NOT. I had to apologize to my co-worker because if she wants to deal with this ignorance the so be it but I will never tolerate or be ok with it. Very disturbing because my job use this place often but not anymore.

I love the food but the customer service has been lacking for some time now. I even took a break and tried to come back but the ladies with the same bad attitudes are still there. Such a shame, why work in a customer facing setting if you are going to have a bad attitude? They roll their eyes, talk under their breath, and act as if you are irritating them when ordering. I won’t be back.

My favorite healthy place for lunch - and dinner. I love the warm bowls in the winter. Try the spaghetti squash bowl. So good!!!

These people are so darn nice and friendly. Natalia, is very accomodating to all my special orders.:) I am always met with a friendly smile and greeting. I love the food too. Its nice to have some healthy, delicious options. I love love the build your own bowl option. I will be back again and again.:)

I just left Nalley Fresh and I am so ANNOYED! I ordered a salmon and shrimp cesar wrap, as always, for $19.35. NOT WORTH the money but hey, it is delicious. My issue is not about the money but with the assistant manager, GLORIA! I always get my shrimp and salmon warmed up in the wok because I like some warmth to my wrap. BUT the lady, GLORIA, told me NO today when the manager allows me to get it as long as it was not crowded. (This change was weird to me because they did it in the past with no issue!!)But anywho, I advised her of what the manager told me. She decides to start speaking Spanish about me to the boy "JC". After some going back and forth, she finally told him to warm up the seafood after I told her that I would record that NO ONE was in the store ordering but me so she could not use the excuse that "it was busy"! I just don't understand what the issue is with making sure the customer is happy. Why do I have to get an attitude for doing something that doesn't take long to prepare.They just want to stand around and talk and get paid to do nothing. As someone said in a previous review, they are rude and NF needs new employees who will not talk about you in their language. I hope the manager will rectify this situation!I had to write this review because this is the 3rd time that I have had to deal with Gloria! Normally, I would walk out, as I did the other 2 times that I have to deal with her, but I really wanted the wrap. The manager makes it with no issue but not this lady! I really need to stop spending my money where I am not wanted! SMH

Always on point literally! I haven’t had any issues here! Food is always fresh and they are usually always stocked up! love it here. One of my favorite locations and fav places to eat. I always build my own stir fry

I just left this Nalley Fresh, I’m sitting in my truck, and I feel completely obligated to write a review. The employees were incredibly friendly, engaging, and smiles the whole time. My food was fantastic as well and I enjoyed it eating in a very well maintained & clean restaurant. The Manager treated every person in there like a friend. This specific location is an hour away from my house but every time I’m working on this side of town I will be sure to give them my business. Nalley Fresh needs to clone these employees for every franchise nation-wide.

Everytime I come to this location the employees are RUDE! Talk about you over your food in their language. Laugh and have an aggressive attitude. Specifically the cashier and the young girl who takes your order. The energy here is sooo disgusting I won’t be returning. I literally had to tip them one cent to express how they make people feel. Disgusting needs NEW employees!
