Noodles and Company

Ordered a Mediterranean chicken salad and two orders of spaghetti with meatballs…. No chicken on my salad!!!! Nobody greets you upon entry, 2 people in the kitchen and one filling orders and taking orders. Came from out of town for a track meet and wanted dinner with no issues.

I walked in and was greeted but felt forced it was a female the only one on shift to be exact that I saw however I was only trying to grab a quick bite and I’m new to the area just moved in April. This was my first visit and will be my last! It was very dirty trash showing all on the back floor where food was being fixed and cooked as well. All I could do was look at the trash on the floor behind the cashier while I ordered. Ok so I order my food and take it home I’ve noticed the noodles are over cooked they are sticking together, I have macaroni pasta mixed in my butter noodle bowl, the worst part was I saw random spots of pasta sauce in my bowl as well like they took food from the bowl and reused it kinda thing … it was just weird I was just there around 9 pm I wish I could call the store to complain but I can’t they are closed
A big disappointment for this location to be this way and it’s in owings mills.. The girl attitude sucked and the food sucks.. The store is dirty that should have been my sign to leave..

Give them two because kitchen crew barely wear hair net and they sweat and imagine what can come in the food while working like that, pretty sure manager or supervisor that was working with them should be an example cause going to the kitchen and also preparing to pack was not wearing hairnet and gloves please have this issue addressed

My food is ALWAYS undercooked I’m so frustrating this location. I express so much I want my food well done!! Just wasting points smh…

Okay so I don't write reviews often and at first I wanted to rate it one star about a month or so ago but now I feel like its the door dasher that screw up and the new management knows how to be on tip of issues! However, today I did a pick up, and even though they were busy, I believe it's a new team, but they were awesome! You saw communication and efficency. Now, what I normally get didn't taste the same, the rigatoni rosa, but I changed the noodles and added sauce, which usually tastes simpleish. However! That pasta, OMG! It was spicy. I don't know why, but even when congested and sore throat that pasta, I could not stop eating it! IT WAS DELICIOUS! So whoever spiced my pasta up, I'll be coming back for more soon! The ladies' management was also Exceptional friendly and diligent.I would post a picture buuut I ate it all in one setting

Helpful staff. Pleasant environment. Pasta was very flavorful. Definitely coming back to try another menu item.

The bowl I ordered was very good. I would recommend this place to others...White Marsh area.

Last Saturday we ordered the lemon garlic shrimp scampi and it was so amazing we decided to order again tonight. However, it was a huge disappointment tonight. It was extremely dry and lacked flavor despite ordering extra sauce. We had to add our own seasonings from home. Also came with no lemon wedge or any other garnish on top as we had previously. In addition, our garlic bread was burnt. Unsure if we will try this location again.

It was a very busy Sunday but the fellas made our food and we're still attentive. Food was awesome as always

Stood in the place for 30 minutes after the app said my order was ready, waiting for the incompetent college teenagers to actually make my order. Food and trash were all over the floor. Clearly no one gives a flying F here. I’ll drive further from now on.

Food is great and staff is very nice. We get our food quick.

I come in a lot really just to buy a cookie or two 😂🤭 and a drink. Normally I’m in and out but sometimes just to have a quick conversation not about food is nice.
