The manager (4pm 3/19/24)here was a blessing! After having an insanely bizarre and frustrating day, i decided to try this place for the first time. She took her time explaining the menu, answering my weird questions, and was just all around pleasant. I thank you!!! I know, I couldn't take one more thing going wrong today and you made it right, all from simply being a kind, patient, and welcoming person. I will be back lol!Ps i wish i signed up for the card bc i will be back soon

As slow as it was the day that I went in, all those tables and seats should have been completely cleaned off of stickiness and crumbs.

My noodles were a bit undercooked which made them waxy a bit chewing, the conversation between the employees was very gossipy while eating lunch. Customers shouldn't hear employees convos while eating especially if they are unpleasant. Other than that my service we nice and the flavors were fair enough. Nothing special.

I tried their Japanese noodles today. Tasted great! The only issue is the quantity is very less, I got hungry soon afterwards lol.

First time eating there. Very popular lunch time spot with the 20 something crowd. Noodles were okay. Staff looked like they were overpowered and there was a messy look behind the counter.

Ordered food online and went to pick it up. Waited 45 minutes, standing at the restaurant with a bunch of other hungry people. Staff were standing around, with earbuds in, ignoring people. Sign on the door saying they weren't accepting any walk in orders. When we finally got the food there was no "sorry for the wait". Food was mediocore at best....

Considering the area, I thought it would have been a great experience. The place was dirty. The shrimp was sitting out, and the bag was open. Nothing was being prepared with gloves on. A gentleman came from outside to the kitchen and started making orders. I can't say if he washed his hands or not. The person preparing my food touched my food with her bare hands and tried to justify why she. I was not happy and asked for it to be prepared again. Very unsanitary environment for an open cooking area where customers can see everything. My experience was not a good one, so I won't be going back.

I've been to Noodles and Company before. Actually more than a few times. However, I have to say this was by far the WORST experience I've ever had! From the staff (2 gentlemen in particular) one of which I deduced to be the manager or shift supervisor and the other I'm not certain of what his role was, but each were equally as unprofessional. I should have followed my first thought when the drink machine wouldn't produce soda and when I asked for assistance, the gentleman who I assume was the manager took his time to come from behind the counter (he was cooking, so, I will extend him the courtesy to say he was busy) however, his attitude stunk! He had this disrespectful scowl on his face and after 2 secs at the machine, he returned to the kitchen area stating he was asking someone else to come out to check it. This person was just as rude as he didn't say anything; instead went to the machine, pressed a couple of buttons, opened the machine at the bottom before slamming it closed and walking away. He neither said anything to indicate if it were working and because he didn't, I tried to push the streamer and after a couple of drops or soda; it stopped working. I notified the person I believed to be the manager that the young man who came out to "fix" the machine could've had the courtesy to indicate if it could be used or not. As it did not work, again, this is when I became annoyed. I asked what would be the recourse for a drink that was paid for but couldn't be obtained. The young lady at the register offered us drinks from the cooler at the front of the store. I quickly grabbed my bag and went home. Upon opening my dish as well as my husband opening his; the food was dry, appeared over cooked, and all in all didn't have a taste at all. We paid $30 for this mess of a "meal." I've had many bad experiences at restaurants, but this is the worst in a while. I will not return.
