On two separate occasions there was a very long line of customers and only one employee waiting on the customers. Spoke with a customer that was also waiting in the line and she said that every time that she comes in there, that there is a very long line and only one employee waiting on customers. This is ridiculous.

Ordered 3 bundtlets ( snickers)
Received 2 bundlets called store was given a attitude saying it was ordered through door dash / uber ( ordered on your website )... but you filled the order NOT DOOR DASH/ UBER was told Noone was there to help me ( no manager ) would have to wait for tomorrow to talk to manager told handle their screw up. VERY UNSATIFIED THIS IS UNSATISFACTORY FOR STAFF WHO FILLED ORDER TO PUT THEIR SCREW UP ON DOOR DASH OR UBER . POUNT BLANK !!!

Placed an order through the app for pickup. Arrived 10 minutes after pickup time and order wasn't ready. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes to be serviced. From time time I placed my order until i recieved it, it took 70 minutes to prepare 12 bundtinis. While waiting, there were numerous occasions where the counter was left unattended while customers came in and out. There were at least 4 people working, and one could be heard on a facetime call with someone the entire time I was waiting for my order.

This is just delicious and very delightful I have yet to have any complaints the staff is professional and patient let’s not forget friendly and helpful “ Great customer service “ you have to give credit when it’s due good service is hard to come by

I have tried red velvet cakes in the past and I have not liked them at all for years, Red Velvet was not my favorite cake at all until my sister bought me a red velvet cake for my birthday from this establishment. I told her I don’t like red velvet I can’t stand Red Velvet cake, she stated you haven’t tried this one, so I gave it a try and have been hooked ever since. This is the only place that I will ever eat a red velvet cake from. It’s fluffy and moist. It’s an experience to eat this cake thank you for the wonderful journey of turning me from a hater of red velvet cake to a lover of this cake. Sorry I don’t have a picture for you guys. I ate it, God bless. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’m gonna keep buying and enjoying this cake.🥰💕🥰🙏🏾 I absolutely love it.🙏🏾🥰💕

My daughter had recently moved to Delaware after growing up in Reisterstown and wanted to get her dad something special delivered for Father’s Day. I told her he’d been wishing for chocolate cake and she found this site. She let me know the details of the delivery and it came the next day, right on time. Dad was very happy with his cake; it was packaged beautifully and was very moist and delicious! You made dad and daughter very happy! Thank you!!

I'm sure their cakes are fantastic but the long excessive wait time and lack of communication is enough for me not to come back

Can't really describe. Purchased for my wife. The male employee was very professional and attentive. Charged an extra dollar for gluten free because they were out of regular. Not my fault nor problem but I had to bear the cost.

This location is the worst. Customer service sucks. I placed an order with them twice for pick up and both times when I got there, the order was not ready. I had to wait almost 20 minutes. The staff did not care about my inconvenience. Please stay away for this location if you can.

Though I am not new to the Nothing Bundt Cake brand, I have never been to the actual store. Leave it to my best friend to get me inside of one during my trip to Baltimore. LoL!

The Nothing Bundt Cake location was easy to find as it sits on the main road. Once parked, we headed to the door and was met with a LONGGGGGGG line. Though the line was longgggggggg, the flow of the line was smooth and wasn't overly extended as it appeared most had placed their orders online, and the staff inside had a smooth process flow.

Once inside, the store is beautiful and vibrant. The staff was all smiles and very pleasant to interact with. My best friend picked up her order as she had placed it online, and I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Bundlette.

OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I couldn’t wait to taste the cake. This was my first time with this flavor and I was excited. I decided I just wanted to taste it to satisfy my curiosity so I opened it and I took a fork full. HOWEVER!!!!!!!! Somehow, I blinked and the entire bundlette was GONE!!!! I mean completely GONE…

The cake was soft and flavorful. The pineapple to vanilla ratio was spot on. The pineapple piece was perfect for the flip approach executed on the cake, and the frosting was a perfect blend of sweet and creamy to add to the experience. When I say amazing, I mean amazing. This case was taste bud magic and I was all for it.

***To Note… You may want to get 3!!!! Ha

I love everything about this store along with the location. As my local NBC, I have come here to get cake gifts for several occasions and each time they didn’t disappoint. The store is always near & clean and the staff is always nice. it’s quick and convenient. They have something for almost every occasion. They sell really nice cards and the cutest mugs with the most relevant quotes. The cakes themselves are also moist & yummy. I’ll continue to support this establishment.
