This review is for the service. I never can come in here without air being a mess. Picked up a delivery that i ordered ONLINE and had to wait in like for approximately 30 min. Can you guys y figure out to to steam line if you’ll only have one cashier working .Really wish there was a location elsewhere .

So, these are my go to desserts for celebrations with my family and friends. Everyone seems to love them!I almost always order online, but I really wish the management would rethink the customer service situation at this store. I don't know if they actually make the cakes up ahead of the pickup time you request or not, it always seems to take a while for them to get you what you ordered. Today I went in at around 12:30 for an order I had placed last night for pickup at 11:30 (I knew I was running errands in the morning and wasn't sure how long it all would take, so I erred on the side of caution with my time slot).It's super frustrating to have to go in as someone who ordered online only to have to wait in line behind folks who are just walk in customers who are deciding on their cake flavors and whatnot...it takes forever!Please address this situation to eliminate a frustrating experience for your customers!

I drove all the way to the area to make a purchase and I was told that they were only accepting cards because they were out of one dollar bills to make change with cash. You may want to call to see what forms of payments are accepted before you visit this location. Very disappointing!

I'm not even a big cake person.A friend and I decided to go...I got a lemon cakeAbsolutely delicious ? moist, soft fresh sheeshhhhh lol ...literally was melting in my mouth ...this was like my 4th or 5th time within two weeks

Purchased a 10’ whole cake from this place for my daughters birthday. When we went to cut the cake it was frozen, unable to cut the cake. Called the company and explained to the person on the phone that the cake I purchased was frozen. She informed me to call the next day and speak to the manager. Call and spoke to Andrea and explained to her that the cake was frozen when I received it, and we couldn’t cut the cake. I was told that I had to return the cake and they couldn’t give a refund. I explained that I didn’t want a refund, but a discount on my next cake. I told Andrea that I’ve brought five cakes from this place, for different family members birthdays and I believe something should have been done for giving me a frozen cake. Nothing was done, only a “I’m sorry “ .

Absolute waste of time. Lady at the front said that “we’re not taking any more orders for cake for the rest of the holiday season”. It makes no sense that you’re a cake store with no cakes.
Great flavors, service and price point. I picked up a dozen minis on a Saturday and placed a pick up order for the following day as well. My order was ready on time the following day. The flavors were awesome and rich with red velvet being my personal favorite. Flavors like pumpkin spice are added seasonally. These are perfect for any occasion. The regular sizes are dense and moist and only $6. I had expected the pricing to be higher. This location is in a plaza with several others businesses but parking was not difficult.

I’ve been to this location several times and every time I go whether it’s early in the morning, afternoon, or evening they are always out of the pop up flavor or popular flavors. If this store is “popular” provide more of the product. I honestly believe they lie about selling out because when the pop up promotion is over they still have the pop up flavor days later selling it. I ask the associate when would be the best time to come and they say in the morning and when I do come in the morning that don’t work either. Every time I go I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I do I get disappointed and should’ve just traveled out Columbia. I’m seriously not coming to this location no more I give up. Please don’t tell me to email or go to your website because I have did the survey just provide change.

So let me first start off saying the customer service is great, they are helpful, and pleasant. Now having said that I hate coming to this location. They never have the limit flavors. I think they do a small batch each day so that they can say they sold out to corporate or something. The math isn't adding up because all other locations the majority of the time have the limited flavor. So let's look at it from another angle. If they always sell out how do they still have last months pumpkin spice in stock. They are about to be 2 limited flavor pass the pumpkin spice and they still have some in stock even though they were always sold out of the pumpkin spice. They are lying, fudging numbers or something. This location sucks.

Cakes are DELICIOUS! Customer service is HORRIBLE. This is the WalMart of NBC.They have a lines that wrap around the store in the evening. You’ll be waiting in line for a awhile. I’m not sure it they are unstaffed or what? The employees that are there are very lackadaisical. They move slow as sloths. Clearly, customer service is not a priority of this store. Which is sad because they have a lot of Black customers. Their customer says everything about how they feel about their customers. So sad!!
