Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We used to be fairly regulars there pre COVID. Now not so much. Food is okay, but service was underwhelming. Caught a vibe that at least some of the servers there have a chip on their shoulder and merely tolerate some customers.It is not that they were nasty or aggressive. Not that at all. It was an attitude of ambivalence that we perceived.

Stopped here while on a business trip with a colleague for dinner. We sat at the bar as there was a 20-minute wait for a table.1) Had to ask for silverware.2) Never refilled our drinks.3) Never asked if we wanted cheese on our salad or entrée.4) Waited FOREVER for our check - bartender / waitress was talking to a table of people while we waited.Just to list a few things that happened during our visit.

The Shrimp Misto Fristo is very good. The Tour of Italy was good and fresh. I definitely recommend.

The calamari was salty, they didn't give me extra Marinara sauce. Shrimp scampi was Bland and salad taste horrible to point I didn't eat it. The chocolate was good though. I can see why this location is closing. As food is definitely a hit or miss

OG is definitely one of my throwback classic favorite restaurant. At this point I think I’ve tried at least 60% of those menu items and eating here is always a super rich caloric treat. They did have a new, well new to me drink, the Green Apple Moscato Sangria. It was so good and went perfect with todays summer time weather feels (high 70’s), it was light, sweet & crisp. You gotta try it, only wished on today that they had an outside seating area but besides that OG will stay on my list of good eats. Lunch was good, our server was fantastic.

First off I want to say that I previously worked here and coming as a customer my expectations were met. Friendly prompt service with an attentive waitress, knowing what they make they need more to meet the states minimum requirement per hour which is now 6 something an hour not half. Again great service, I will be back!

It's better food quality than it used to be and it smells better inside, it used to smell like funky cheese but now it smells more pleasant.

When your hostesses seat people, they might want to check back in maybe 20 minutes to see if you actually get waited on. We were there for 25 minutes. No water, no waitress, nothing. No one said hello are you being helped, nothing. You guys were not even busy. Every one acted as though they had something better to do then wait on the customers. This place has went so down hill that it fell off the hill. Too many other and better restaurants around to deal with that.

Parking: Too many pick up for food spaces.

Two of us seniors went to this place and the staff was so rude and refused to wash her hands. Than left the table ; so I had to go get the Manage rand she served us and we had a great meal and service from the manager. These young babies need to learn to be respectful to older folks. They have no manners nor RESPECT at all. I pray that some of us can ministers to some of them. Yet we know that the devils job is to KILL, STEAL, and DESTROY.

Our server Dylan G was beyond amazing! He was very kind, attentive, and I could tell he was working hard to make sure each of his tables were content. He also reminded me of one of the Jonas Brothers which is a good thing lol. The food was also great and came out in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend Dylan as your server and would recommend the chicken and gnocchi if you’ve never been here.

As far as Olive Gardens go, this one was 5 stars. Service was friendly and attentive, the food was comforting and exactly as expected, and there’s no way you can complain about the prices. Would absolutely return.

It had been a very long time since eating at Olive Garden; our server, Monica S was excellent and displayed impeccable customer service. She gave wonderful suggestions and we experienced a very tasty meal. Had shrimp scampi with the gluten free rotini; the portions were more than enough; wish there was room for dessert. Looking forward to going back!

Phenomenal service from Santana I believe that’s her name her along with the entire staff made The entire experience Fun & enjoyable Food & Drinks Was exceptional from appetizer all the way to dessert & Santanas service & Joy and laughter will definitely have us coming back

We visited this restaurant on July11th since we were in the area for a medical appointment. Our waitress, Beverly, was absolutely wonderful! Beverly was attentive, engaging with each of us and extremely friendly. You could really feel that she cared about her job and the duties that come along with the job; she added her special touch to those duties. She really went above and beyond for us; she put our left overs in the take home containers for each of us; we all have been to different Olive Gardens in Pennsylvania and NEVER had that done for us! As we left the restaurant, she wished us a safe trip home and told us to come back the next time we are in the area. We definitely will especially to see Beverly!

Wow. The food was so tasteful. The servings were large enough that both my wife and I were able to make two meals each out of the dishes we got. Suggestion - for take out- call ahead and avoid the wait. You can go on line and place your order.
