Food was so good it made me overlook the service I got. Getting our orders wrong, spilling drinks and being overall super rude and focused on his phone more than our orders. Fire Logan. Luv the food so good job kitchen staff

Just order a DoorDash ask for sauce and bread and the didn’t sent me nothing this is the third time i have a bad experience with them the first time me and my wife walk into the restaurant seat for 20 minutes and nobody came to serve us we walked out and said something to lady at the front she didn’t look like she cares at all the second time I order it online get home and they sent me the wrong order and this time I ask for sauce and bread and didn’t get nothing keep doing the good work

Ordered the porterhouse medium rare. It came out cold (most likely died on the window), and raw in the center. The fat around the steak was still white. Overall a very disappointing dining experience, especially considering the fact that the steak costs $38.00.

Service was good, atmosphere was fine, but who cares about those things when the food is subpar?

This restaurant has gone down hill rapidly over the years.. it use to be one of my favorite food places..you knew what you were getting and it was good.. as years gone by the food and service went down hill.. A year later I went to dinner on Saturday... The food was horrible, the service sucked as we watched our plates stack up like a tower... all and all I give it to thumbs down... it's a shame

My wife and I had a lovely dinner at this Outback Steakhouse. But what made it an even more positive experience was Nylaya! Her patience, kindness and professionalism will have us coming back!

When we got there and were seated at a booth, it had not been cleaned yet. She kindly cleaned it. We had a complicated order.

She triple checked that it was correct. And it was tasty, too! Nylaya is just a nice, kind person. I hope there are many more people like her in the world.

It will never be possible to have too many nice people like Nylaya!

This Outback location is reliable when out & about. Want to shout out a great server, Nylaya! It was later on a Friday evening. When we were seated we noticed some debris on & around our table that was missed. She came right back with everything needed to make the area clean. She took our rather picky orders, everything came quickly and was exactly as we ordered it. Nylaya checked on us frequently and was just really kind & pleasant the whole time.

Dietary restrictions: Able to easily customize orders with "no cheese" "no butter" "no bacon"etc and they make sure its right.

Shawn was EVERYTHING, his service was impeccable very observant, on point with drinks, empty dishes and fresh bread. Recommendations was honest. Food was fresh, savory, hot and very tasteful. That kiwi strawberry lemonade is a must have! He is also the bartender but we didn’t drink today. When we go back I only want his service. He definitely spoiled US.

Our waiter Aaron was AMAZING. He was fast, friendly, and had such wonderful energy. The food was great, the bill was reasonable, and the atmosphere was nice. Thanks Aaron for taking such good care of us.

Ny Ny was our server. Although they over cooked my steak, and the meal was sub par, she was simply a pleasure! Very respectful and kind. She so courteous!!! You don’t always get good servers these days, but this young lady was a true pleasure! Thank you for your service. Your parents should be proud.

The center cut sirloin was very good. They couldn't get my husband's prime rib cooked to medium. It was always overdone. Very noisy in there.
