My best friend and I had the pleasure of dining at OutbackSteakhouse on Thursday, April 4, 2024 for dinner. The food was great, however, the customer service from our server Koda awesome. Koda, attended to our needs and was on point with his service. Not only did he provide awesome service to us, but to all the diners he served. I feel it's important to always let the server and manager know when great customer service is provided, which we did. Servers have a hard position and when you come across one who goes above and beyond, let them know verbally and by leaving them a great tip. Koda is one of those servers. The service provided that evening, made my best friend and I set up another time to have dinner at the Outback in Owings Mills.
Sean was the best server we have ever had at Outback!!!!!Attentive, anticipated our needs! Definitely a servants heart!! We stopped coming to this outback but we are so glad we tried them again. Mgr cares about this restaurant! We will be back!!!

Great service , every staff member I had contact with was pleasant. Our waiters Claire & Andre were very attentive & helpful. Claire said she was in training but we couldn’t tell! Andre did an exceptional job guiding/training her thru taking our orders. Kudos to them , they made a great team! Speedy service , everything delivered with a smile. Can’t wait to go back!

Don't eat here!!! The food is horrible and I saw 3 different mice within 2 hours of being at this establishment. the management is very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. I talked to Gina and she was very rude and just seemed like she didn't care about my food being cold and undercooked.
I just wanted to come and share my experience at Outback Steakhouse in Owings Mills. Our waitress Avery was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and personable; an all around great server to say the least! She made our evening memorable so much so we returned the evening after. While she didn’t serve us. She greeted my table with the same pleasant smile, warmth and comfort as the night before. My fiancé and I gave her high praise in person, but it’s only right to let everyone else know so that you and your friends and family can enjoy the experience that we have.

Horrible experience! First of all I ordered salmon, baked potato and sweet potato with rice and veggies. My order was $47 and change...I got the salmon, rice and steamed broccoli with a small brown bun. Grubhub delivered. The bill stated the salmon, rice and broccoli with a complimentary chocolate colored bun (the size of reg hot dog bun) and some kinda shrimp sauce. I don't eat shrimp nor any shellfish or I would hv ordered it! When I called outback they said I should contact grub hub! Is grub hub the restaurant????Outback owes me a refund!
