Ordering kiosks constantly broken, but you don't find out until the end when you try to pay. So frustrating. Why can't you fix your machines?

mid waited 10m i just want my cookie

Half my order is missing and they also gave me this brownie that’s half eaten.

This is a very popular location. There are often groups meeting or larger families having meals together. It is still quiet enough to have a conversation or to work in peace. (Tables near outlets go quick!)

Food was great and filling. Tried the new Italian steak and mozzarella. Also tried the strawberry basil fresca lemonade. Their Mexican street corn chowder was also good.

Everything good, they just need to keep the place cleaner.
Trashcan constantly checking and emptying.
I was there for more than 30 mins and I didn't see a single person checking the place if it needs to be cleaned.

My food was fresh , the cafe was full. You had a group of retirees playing cards, while enjoying food. The bathroom was not clean, I entered & exited at the same time.. very disappointed. And although I preordered my food waited 5-6 past the time it was said to be ready on the app. Went to pick up & folks were standing by the kitchen waiting for their order while the employee opened asking ppl their name. When I was asked, they hadn’t even begun my order. I waited 18 mins for it to be completed.. on a 30 min lunch break. .So it ended up being dinner, because once I returned… my lunch was over 🤨

Great customer service. I have the Panera sip club, so it's nice to sit and get refills on coffee and other drinks.

Ordered two salads southwest chicken and sesame chicken for delivery both salads did not have chicken!!

Very good service and friendly

When i placed my order this morning the options for slicing and toasting the bagels didn't save when I added a free bagel, my husband went to pick up the order and realized that so he asked if they could slice and toast the bagels. This lady came out and said very angrily that we should learn how to place an order. It was an error but there was no need for her to be that rude.

Wow, I wish all Panera locations were up to the standards here. Great staff, amazing and accurate food. This location is an hour and 20 minutes from my local Panera and I will probably avoid my local Panera just to come here.
