I thought the bagels were made fresh daily. But when we got home, we realized that they were hard! The next day, they could have been used to play hockey. We were sorely disappointed!

Paid for cream of wild rice and chicken soup and did not get it. The bag is taped. Make sure you untape and check order. Informed manager, no apology. Stop by and pick up another. Not the easiest to access and a few miles away. No apology when I picked up the soup which translates they don’t believe they have done anything wrong. Sad from the standpoint of customer service.

Was just at this location a few days ago. I ordered a pick 2 (soup and salad). Soup was spilled all over my clothes and my car. Spoke to the manager today and he said they’d been having a problem with the lids for the soup containers all week. Came out and never introduced himself his demeanor indicated he was not interested in talking to me. He told me there wasn’t anything he could do. Was not friendly and offered a very insincere apology. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I’m done!

This location has definitely gotten better over the last few years. Tablets are great for non contact service, but when I choose to order with a person, she was friendly & helpful.
Almost 5 stars, but 1 good trip can't bring it to a 5.

We where at Foundry Row for the tree lighting ceremony. It was freezing so I ordered 4 hot chocolate via the app. The app stated 5 minutes to be ready, but once I placed the order, it stated 15 min. My son went in to pick it up and it took another 30 minutes to get the order. No one was placing rapid pickup orders on the shelf. After a long line of people (who were being ignored my staff), finally got help, the person brought orders from the back one by one. When my son got to the car, we had 4 cold chocolate drinks, no whipped cream and $18 wasted.

The one important thing that I’ve realized is employees switching gloves without washing their hands. It’s very unsanitary and unsafe to deal with money and other foods without washing hands or switching gloves without washing hands. Contamination all over the place and could get customers really sick. More training needed.

This is my local Panera spot. Been coming here for a few years now. I have always had a good experience whenever I go. Now these dipper sandwiches that are currently in the menu are definitely a hit in my book.

Today I popped in & dined in for lunch, I have always been obsessed with their creamy tomato soup so it was a no brainer for me to go for the Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper combo. I requested extra basil pesto spread in my sandwich and they hooked me up just right! The sandwich had all of my favs, grilled chicken, two types of cheeses and a yummy spread. You about a half cup of soup to dip with and that combo tasted amazing. I didn’t realize it came with chips, so I ordered a cookie as my dessert. Not sure how long these combos will last but I will be back to try a different one. This location always lives up to the Panera standard & name, pop in and try something on the menu that you haven’t tried yet, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you also download the app, this meal was only $6.66 with my rewards & discounts in the app.

This was our first visit to the Owings Mills location. We came for the $1 soup deal. We didn't realize that we had to but had issues trying to order online. Cashier employee, Robert showed great customer care by assisting us with placing our orders. He remained professional with the steady flow of customers, and very patient with us. The food was delicious and prepared well. Other employees were helpful and accommodating when needed. Thanks for good experience. We will return.

This location struggles with inconsistent food portions and incomplete orders. Staff at the register are often talking negatively about each other, and there doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency in assisting customers. Better food quality and staff management would greatly improve the experience.
