The food is great. I've never had a problem with the taste or quality of anything I've tried. However, I have encountered some issues with placing orders online for pickup and delivery. There have been a few instances where they either forgot to include something in my bag or gave me the wrong item, which can be quite frustrating. As for the staff, they are okay
The cashiers and workers are usually always nice. You have a few who are rude and do not speak but I usually run into them if I go to Panera at night. Doesn’t surprise me when the manager doesn’t speak or acknowledge you even when you speak to him… so no wonder they think it’s ok.
