The chicken wings were ok. Different than what I expected. The wait for the food was way longer than expected.

I was sadly surprised that my food that I normally order no longer taste the same. It was actually dry and seasonless. When I went in to pay for my same take out I’ve always ordered I knew something was off when the price was much higher. The food was so terrible that it made me call back and ask if they just recently changed ownership. Of course, that’s was the reason. I will no be eating from this location in Owings Mills. The food was that bad.

Most recently ordered online, got there 30min later, they didn’t start making my order until after I got there.

The food here is amazing. The crispy chicken sandwich was so good. I am sensitive to spice and I loved it. It had a slight kick but not burning your tongue which made me happy. The fries were great too and the staff very efficient considering how busy it was.

It’s always closed in the morning and at lunch time. I really do not understand why but you should update your times. This place sucks, like actually. It’s a disgrace, please update google to say it is closed!

I loved their food and now they have made changes to their menu which i’m a fan of because the prices are also low.

However, please work on your customer service. I was trying to place order over phone and the lady kept saying “is that it?” And i’m like noo, my meal comes with a side and drink and you didn’t even ask me what flavor i want for my chicken? She said i put mild? I said i wanted hot then she said “is that it?” I’m like no, i need to order another meal and you didnt even ask what drink i want (since it was a pickup order). told her diet coke and she said ok “is that it?”. I ordered another meal and i told her diet coke with it as well. She said we don’t keep diet coke. I said but you just took my first order WITH diet coke?
No bye nothing, just hanged up. “is that it” comes across rude to me as a person who worked in customer service for 8 years. It’s almost like you don’t want me to order more or i’m annoying you when ordering. I’m trying to give you business, please give respect back???

Peri Peri is a hit or miss, it takes time to perfect this kind of chicken. Firstly, it has to be char-grilled not gas grilled, secondly the seasoning should be blanched on the chicken whilst grilling. I have Nandos Peri Peri, and Galitos just to mention a few and you guys at Peri Peri are missing it. It would make a difference if the chicken

First time here and it will be my last. Upon entering, it looked like it should be closed. Very dark, with sticky tables. The drink case was unorganized and only about 20% full. They had no straw but the sticky and cluttered drink station. The food was VERY disappointing. I ordered chicken tacos, fries, seasoned rice and 1/4 chicken. When I arrived I was informed they don’t serve rice anymore. I said it was OK and asked for it to be refunded. She said her manager wasn’t there and she couldn’t do it. She gave me wings instead. The wings were alright, the sauce was really good though. The 1/4 chicken was terrible and the chicken tacos were even worse. Everything ended up in the trash except the wings.

I have been ordering food from this location since it opened. Today, I ordered a 5-wing meal with mild sauce, but they gave me wings that seemed to be grilled 2 or 3 times, with extra hot sauce. When wings are fried or grilled more than once, they look darker and taste much more spicy. The same issue has happened with the fries before. When you order, remind them to provide fresh wings and fries. I called them, but...

Food is not good. Management is not good. Didn't have restaurant prepped upon opening. Staff are nice. Restaurant is not. Wanted peri peri chicken, instead got dry sandwiches without flavor. Sauce was not able to save the sandwiches. Spent $90 and unimpressed.
