I go for the Pho. That is their specialty. I like to eat pho once or twice a week and have been eating it for over 20 years and I have tried every pho place in the Balto-Wash area. Of the many that exist, there are only 3 that are very good. This is one of them. A lot of the restaurants take shortcuts like using beef bouillon and other instant substitutes. Their Pho is the real deal. The bones are boiled for many hours with other secret spices. The result is a fresh smooth taste that is out of this world.

I wish there was a way to give these guys a big zero. The level of unprofessionalism in this place is beyond me. I placed an online order to get summer rolls we walked in to be told that they are gonna refund us because we didn’t order a pho from them and just got the summer roll. My husband said that we will order two rices and get the summer roll and the woman said no only pho… I have never seen anything like this that you have to order a certain entree to order a certain appetizer. They were extremely rude and they just appear to be a front for doing something else.
The #7 beef pho was so tasty and all the ingredients were fresh. The 20 chicken pho was yummy with the very spicy broth. Service with a smile. Definitely going back. This is a strip mall type restaurant so no atmosphere in the restaurant itself.

I wish I can give this restaurant a negative star. The service is awful nasty. no one greet you. You sat there for 20 minutes and no one comes to greet you. the restaurant seems like no one exit. no waiter or waitress, no owner, no body. It feels like a gosh house. The food is no taste. extremely over price and please be careful every single piece of tissue, extra sauce or basil. They will charge you extra on your bill. This freak restaurant is a monster. They barely has customers. They want to charge you double and triple to make up for all customers are not coming because if you eat one time, no one is going to show up or return to this restaurant. I am not sure how are they going to survive for their business. please never and ever come to this restaurant. there are a ton of Vietnamese restaurant in Catonsville like Pho Saigon, Pho Van and Pho #1. they are just 15 minutes away from OM. I guarantee you will find them much more excellent food and taste much more better than this robber restaurant. This restaurant tries to rob your wallet. The price are also more reasonable. The waiter/waitress and owners of other restaurant will treat you as a valuable customers and they treat you with respect and dignity. Please stay far and far away from this Pho L&T restaurant in OM location and possibly all of them name PHO L&T.

Food is just OK. We spent about $90+ just eating 2x pho bowls and 2x Bun Ba Hue. Each bowl is relatively close to $20. IMO, overpriced! They charged everything on the table including few mint stalks (always free at your typical Pho places). The Bun Bo Hue usually comes with pig knuckles and blood cubes (typical of the dish) but they omitted these and replaced them with few slices of ham and beef. Do-able but not cutting it to be called Bun Bo Hue! Overall... disappointment! For same size of bowl one can easily get large with more filler meats at other places. I'm surprised people thinks this is the best Viet place... for locals maybe! But if you're willing to travel a bit then lots of Viet restaurants near Catonsville area. Better selections and cheaper! Our first time here and will be our last.

The restaurant is a bit quiet but great for a peaceful date. Went with my fiance and the sweet lady there was very kind. The food is absolutely outstanding and reasonably priced. The beef pho (#2) on the menu was delicious and the bowls are huge. My fiance got (#1) and he said it was great as well. Definitely the place to go for if you want genuine Pho.

My son wanted to try Pho for the first time so we came here. We started with shrimp summer rolls. Okay cool. We both ordered brisket pho. I tasted the broth and the flavors were amazing. On my third spoon full, I noticed something in my spoon. Upon closer look it was a mall dead roach like bug. I was disgusted at that point. I informed the staff. They still had the nerve to charg me for my son's pho and the rolls and said they are currently under pest control.

The Soup is pretty good and is one of the few places that serves Pho in the area. However repeatedly I will come in during posted opening hours only to find them closed. The drive is 45 minutes for me and it's frustrating to come out here. I've taken 5 trips and eaten twice.
