Disappointing customer service. The lady clearly didn’t want to answer questions in the beginning and basically forced a tip. Be careful — kiosk prices are cheaper than ordering through her, and the machine won’t even let you finish without adding a tip. When we asked about the higher price, she pretended not to know, even though she’s the one who entered the order. Feels like she added something extra just to charge more. It’s not just about the money — it’s about honesty. No business should be this sketchy or treat customers like we’re stupid.

Food is incredibly mid many other better poke bowl and ramen places. Not to mention AA customers are not valued as much as the others.. I was standing for 5 mind patiently waiting for assistance just for two caucasians to walk in and get smothered in service. An employee noticed and came to help me . Not cool at all.

I have been there several times … today was my final straw… the lady manager is very very rude and prejudice to people of Color…. People don’t support them .., please

Their mango bubba with the rainbow jelly is heaven on earth. Their eel is very tasty.

I give this place a 10 out of 10 very clean atmosphere, nice friendly staff and the food was delicious. It was cold outside and I had the common cold and was craving something hot. The pho was the answer. The pho get rid of my common cold over night.

Place is super clean inside and food is always great! Although the staff has been great, the last time I went they were micro aggressive. They also took my food back after i had it in my delivery bag even though I said No thank you to a new lid. Otherwise it was good.
