Got here at 10:55pm on a SATURDAY, I know it’s late but they close at 11pm. And they were already locked up, lights off, everyone was long gone. That means they closed and cleaned up a while ago. Not professional at all. Wasted my time rushing there.

I'll start off by saying I only visit two Qdoba locations, this one and the one in Towson. I frequent the one in Towson so much, that they gave me three of the coupons attached. My husband and I used the first two in Owings Mills last week. They were buy one entree get one free. The coupons expired today on 10/31 so we decided to use the last one tonight. My husband places his order for the two entrees and my husband hands the coupon to the cashier just like we have done the last two times. This time however, the young lady says he cannot use it. He asked why and she said because it's printed, and not from the newspaper he couldn't use it. What?! The newspaper?! Who still buys those, and what is she talking about?! He told her where he got the coupons and she said she will check with her manager. The manager says she will let him use it this time. This time?! These coupons were given to us by Qdoba employees, to use at Qdoba locations and you are treating him like he printed these coupons off his computer in some sort of fraudulent Qdoba scheme! I have never had a problem at this location but tonight's interaction made me feel like I may have to reconsider my Qdoba visits. Everytime I have a coupon am I going to have to explain where it came from?

This locations is the best. I can always count on them to get my order right. You can tell management is on point in here!

We had Qdoba catered for a lunch meeting at work and Qdoba was on time and set up the spread beautifully. If youre in the Owings Mills area hosting a work or social event and want good food with good service and great set up, use this location. They were awesome!!!!!!

I had the most ridiculous order and they helped me out while also laughing at how funny the order was. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Why am I having to go back in and ask for my sauces that I ordered? They just charged my brother (who picked up my order for me) $4 for the chile sauce and ranch sauce that I ordered on the side with my entree. This was not an extra or an add on, it was supposed to come with the meal. Not the first time this has happened within the last few weeks. The employees here are very rude about anything being requested on the side. So I basically paid $21 for no extra protein, an entree, with a queso on the side. Never coming back.

Edit: the employee said on the side means “the side of the bowl”?? Management really needs to tell this person that on the side means in its own cup 🤦‍♀️. It was an older snarky woman that said this. That’s how it’s always been in the past at this location…and everywhere
