The atmosphere was bad. I was not greeted when I walked in the door. I ordered a breakfast burger and a slice of their cheesecake. One other guy came in after I had ordered, ordered and then got his food before me. Received my food with no cheesecake, they doubled checked my receipt then gave me the cheesecake. I get home and find a hair in my burger.

Bad service and food quality. Ordered two ground beef taco platters for eat-in. The cashier even read back the order to me. About twenty minutes later, both orders came out prepared incorrectly. Went to counter- Same lady said they make orders quickly and sometimes they are wrong (the place mind you was totally empty and it took them twenty minutes to "quickly" mess up the order?). Then after another five minutes, food came out. Looks like some kid just slopped them together. Also, very tasteless.Additionally, the seats in the restaurant all had metal mesh bottoms and were extremely uncomfortable.Then, before leaving, went to wash up in restroom. There were no toilet seat protectors in the holders and no paper towels.

R&T Taqueria on honeygo blvd is much better than this one here in Owings Mills. The taste/flavor of the food at Owings Mills location is just no match compared to the other. The difference is clearly visible in the photos below.

It’s my favorite day of the week (Taco Tuesday) and I decided to try a new Mexican restaurant close by. Drove to Mill Station in Owings Mills and went to R&R Taqueria. Upon entering I noticed how spacious it was, and I liked the colorful decor. It had an authentic Mexico City restaurant feel to it. The menu had way more options than I expected, and I’ll be honest I saw so many items I wanted to order but I had to stay focused because today is Taco Tuesday. I ordered chips & salsa, and birria tacos with a side of rice and beans. The chips weren’t salty as others mentioned and you could tell both were freshly made. The rice & beans were ok no complaints there. The soup that accompanied the birria tacos was not flavorful at all. I even tasted it alone just to see, but I ended up putting it to the side and just eating the tacos with the green sauce they provided. The beef in the taco was just ok, it wasn’t as seasoned as I would have liked but all in all I would recommend and I will go back to R&R Taqueria soon.

Service is amazing, you can tell the owner values customer satisfaction. Food was delicious, I got chicken enchiladas and my girlfriend got the birra tacos. Both were fantastic. The murals inside are gorgeous. Check it out!!

My family had a great lunch experience at restaurant. The staff took order at table they were kind and courteous answering all questions about the menu. The food was great the lamb, pork and chicken dishes were well seasoned, moist and delicious. All dishes from the tacos to the platter were moderately priced and very filling. Awesome dining experience would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food.

The fajitas at R&R Taqueria are amazing good. They were extremely well seasoned and enough that I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. My girlfriend tried one of each of the food network sponsored tacos and they didn’t disappoint at all either. We will both be back again soon.
