Food was good and hit the spot after living off college food. Our server was very attentive and kept checking on us. The manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well. The service was fast and did not feel we waited long for anything.

I have to say, the service we received at this location was the best I've had. No less than 2 manager stopped by to ask us if everything was going well or any questions. The server we had at our table was nothing short of amazing. She took care of us so quickly and efficiently and was there just enough to make sure everything was okay and not enough to be bothersome. She even headed off what she considered below standards for one of the meals and send it back to the kitchen before it was even brought to the table. That is a first in my book. Our service was so great and our experience so fun, my sister stopped before we were leaving and asked to speak to a manager just to thank him and compliment our server. As you can tell I can't say enough nice things about this location.

Update: I LOVE this location. It’s the best one I’ve ever visited. Today (31 Aug 2024) we ordered delivery via the Red Robin app. It was a disaster with Door Dash (who manages the delivery portion) where the wrong address was entered and the driver delivered to an apt in a Home Depot ?.
I got stuck in a feedback loop from hell between Door Dash, Red Robin (800 number), and the store. The store management was FANTASTIC (as they have been every single visit), stepping up and prepping the order again for me to pick up. This wasn’t their responsibility but they went above and beyond. Even threw in some milk shakes.

My smoky bacon burger was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I've been visiting this location since it first opened 30 years ago! The experience is still at the same high level since opening!

Had such a great food and customer service experience here? I came 3 weeks ago while on vacation with family. Becca was so patient and kind with us as we took a little long to choose what we wanted and took the time to explain the menu to us because it was a lot of our first time there! We were a group of 7 on a Saturday night and we were seated within 3 minutes of arriving! The food was delicious and we loved the endless sides! We all left full and happy. I would give Becca a raise for their impeccable, attentive and charismatic service. The burgers were delicious, tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. Really great portions for the price! When I'm back in the area I'll definitely be coming back!
