Literally writing this review to specifically call out whoever made the burgers tonight 12/27. We ordered at 7:36. The burgers tonight were probably the best we’ve had from Red Robin in general, and one of the best burgers we’ve had recently in the area. This location is always pretty good, but whoever the cook(s) were tonight were on point, so thanks for that!

Thank you to the restaurant manager for such a great experience. You were viable and checked on everyone to make sure we all were ok. And thank you SO MUCH TO OUR SERVER ZANE! You’re the best! Great server, friendly, attentive, you cared about our 2nd anniversary. Thank you so much Zane! This was by far our best experience at any Red Robin ever. Also the food was hot and fresh and super yummy. We couldn’t finish it lol but it was very good. Good job Red Robin Owings Mills, thank you for a fantastic experience!

We did carryout. They were some of the best burgers we ever had. The oozing cheese eminded me of a sub shop. Absolutely delicious.
They forgot napkins & utensils though. You may need to request them.

I dined at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers on 10/30/2025 as a party of two. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and seated immediately. This was great because I was ready to eat. Maurice was our Server and he made the experience pleasant. He checked on us frequently. We started with the Onion Ring Shorty/6PC. The onion rings were cooked to perfection: nice and crispy. 😋 I decide to get a Bacon Cheese Burger with a Caesar Salad. I was so hungry that I gobbled my meal down. It hit the spot. My guest ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger too with Fries. She also enjoyed her meal. Our only complaint was that the Bacon 🥓 wasn't crisp on the burgers 🍔. That would have made my rating 5 stars.
Me and my guest were able to enjoy our conversation and lunch.
It was also my 1st time using the Table Tablet to checkout. I enjoyed that experience.

Just want to call out the excellence in service that we received at the Red Robin Owings Mills restaurant. We took a friend of ours out for lunch today who has special needs. Our server Rebecca provided incredible care and above and beyond service for our party. All the employees were incredibly friendly and our meal was great! We will definitely be back!

The burgers didn't have flavor. No seasoning just an expensive patty. They are also grey looking instead a well cooked grilled dark brown.

I ordered some of their egg burgers takeout. The burger is quite good.
However, for the side I got the garlic parmesan broccoli or whatever it is. They gave me like 4 small stalks of broccoli and drizzled like 1 cent of garlic oil on it. Really disappointing.
The second time I got the side salad and they put it in this little compartment of the to-go container that's like 1/4th of the container.
I heard they give infinite fries, or at least they used to. Is that their game? Rip people off on the other sides so they can support their infinite-fry scheme for fry-eaters? I don't know though, maybe it's just against the to-go customers. Maybe if I'd gotten fries they'd only have given me like 5 soggy fries as well.

Food isn't what it use to be, the atmosphere isnt really a vibe. Honestly it felt semi depressing, lighting was low, music was quiet, and it felt so dreary. My friend and I had lunch and drinks were just ok; our waitress was amazing! Im so sorry I forgot her name.
