Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

worker should be fired she ain’t give me her number😢 she was rude and threw ice cream at my face!!!

Portion small for the money. Ordered delivery via DoorDash. NO SPOONS. ICE CREAM.

The workers were very friendly and when my card declined when I ordered a small they gave me a large and told me not to worry about it totally would come back

Let me preface this by saying I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but I have been going to this Rita's for over 2 years now and tonight was my worst experience.

Usually went we go we are meet with a super nice gentleman. Tonight it was a female employee we haven't seen before. We waited patiently behind a family as it was busy. When we got up to the front both my husband and I had to repeat our orders because she didn't hear us the first time. I know the room can be a bit loud so we usually are good at saying our orders loudly, especially if the first order was hard to hear. However we were quick to notice she had an air pod in one of her ears. I am not one to be upset about employees listening to music at work. If it can help one be productive but if it is hindering that employee from hearing an order then there is a problem.

My husband got exactly what he ordered. I did not. I order the brookie dough concrete. I had to step away before the order was made because I am highly asthmatic and there was a group of people smoke pot in the parking lot. Not big deal I just step away from the situation. When my husband got to the car he was quick to ask if he wanted me to have him go back because he knew my order was wrong. It was a brookie dough but it came in vanilla instead of chocolate. Not a big deal I can adjust and the place was busy so I didn't want to cause a scene and a delay by asking it to be made again. But I was slightly bummed because I was looking forward to the chocolate custard.

We left the parking lot and I went to take a bite of my treat to realize it wasn't as full as it normally is. Things happen but in this current economy you want what you are paying for and not less. It may have been one of her first nights or something. To which I feel bad writing a review like this, however, I do believe moments like this need to be brought up so a customers experience stays consistent and the quality of the product is the same.

This won't stop us from going because, again, this was our first big issue in over 2 years. But it was a bit shocking after such consistency and amazing service.

Please add root beer italian ice!

I ordered a custard twist, and it was pretty good. The vanilla side was a little grainy, but it the flavor was delicious. The man working here was also incredibly nice. He was very upbeat and friendly. Will definitely come back. 5/5

Staff is absolutely amazing and so nice! I take my kids there every week for a special treat and the staff remember us and are always so kind. They are also kosher which is a huge plus!

When I was ordering my ice cream the man who was taking my order was incredibly rude and screamed at me for the entirety of the time I was ordering. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, I do not recommend this location at all.

I love this place and the people that run it. I’m like a regular. Point to last something small for hubby. Sometimes I will take my daughter or gbaby here for a treat they also will stay open all yr long I love it…..

LOVE that they have the Red Sour Patch Kid flavor more consistently than other locations. Could probably use another person working there as sometimes the line and wait can be a bit long, but otherwise, happy with the options! Hopefully Key Lime Pie comes back next year!!

The attendant was very nice. Never had cantaloupe Italian ice before but it was delicious! And the wasn't a line! Great experience.

Very tasty snack

Went here for some quick ice cream and it was not the best experience. The guy working there was rushing me and on top of that he got my order wrong. I got a twist custard with chocolate chips and cookie dough but he only give me vanilla with the two toppings. There were two other things I ordered for some friends and luckily those were correct. The concrete was very small it was about the size of a kiddie cup.9/10 because of the size of concrete and the wrong order.
