I am extremely disappointed for the Sarku Japan restaurant at the Foundry Row location. They recently had a three stamp special that they would not honor , stating they did not have any more three stamp cards and they could give me a six stamp card which totally is a different special , with the three stamp card you would get a free chicken entree verses a six stamp card in which you would get a free entree. I was told that they would honor the special and when I went to redeem they denied me, stating they misunderstood and to use the 6 stamp which means I need three more additional stamps which is three more additional purchases . I am very disappointed and have been a valued customer. I will no longer be patronizing that location.
Food is obviously overpriced and not for someone with IBD issues.
Horrible server! Very rude and gave bad service for my family. Gave us push back when we asked to refry undone chicken. Did not understand when asking about kids drinks.
Great place to pick up something quick to eat. The staff is fast and friendly.
Literally waited 35 mins for 1 steak and shrimp box. Never got it,asked for a refund. Just ridiculously slow
I have never been to this spot. I was initially going to Mission BBQ but changed my mind. I'm glad I did because it It was a good portion of food and I got a discount. A win is a win!
I liked the selection . This was my first time. My sister and parents like it. I thought to was very good.4 ate for around $50.00
Nickel and dime suggestive selling that competes with the finance department of a car dealer after you make a deal on a car. It's just rude after the second suggestion. Extra meat? How much extra meat? Rice noodles or veggies. Veggies are $1 extra. Want a drink? Want a bag for five cents? Then the shrimp tasted like it was straight from a can. Because restaurants continue to use plastic bags and have to charge for them, I walked out with about $40 in meals in my hands forks and napkins falling all over the floor. Follow Trader Joe's lead. Use paper bags. Why risk future business over a nickel?

Business has really gone down since they have opened. Customer service is horrible. They won’t make sushi even if they have run out of the type you want. I will never return to this business again

I placed an order on Uber eats and then I cancelled within minutes to readjust my order. Sarku Japan takes my money even after cancellation and refuses to refund, saying they already started the meal!..you prepared the meal in 1 minute??....I have had back and forth's with Uber eats and the store refuses...This is pure cheating people out of their hard earned money!!. You take the food and even my money??. ZERO to customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered $30 worth of food at 3 PM and received confirmation that it had been paid for and will be ready by 3:30 PM. I proceeded to go pick up my order in which they asked me a bunch of questions for the order details and finally admitted to not having made my order at all. They then said they would make my order and I would have to wait. I waited an additional 30 minutes and my order was not made. I proceeded to ask for a refund which they told me because I placed an online order, I have to get my refund from online. The representative was not knowledgeable and English was not her primary language so she was unable to assist. I am highly disappointed and annoyed as I often frequent those Sarku. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don’t even waste your time
