Me and mother were waiting very late. When we got home the soda was flat and the food was cold. The food was better once I warmed it up. The food was okay once I started to eat it I opened my burger because I did not want the bun and I seen two long black pieces (clearly not mine) of HAIR INSIDE MY BURGER! Very disappointed this was also my first experience. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Could be great but the service hurts the experience. I've been twice and they messed up my order the 1st time and were not exactly happy to correct the mistake. When I went today I stood and waited about 10mins and when I got my food the fries were cold like they had sat out ? the burger was fresh and hot and tasty but sadly not my best experience at a burger joint.

Ordered a grilled chicken and classic burger with 2 small fries and a chocolate shake. 28 dollars! Chicken tasted like rubber, the fires were uneventful, and the chocolate shake had that fake chocolate flavor! Way too much for crap.

My first time eating here today and my food was sooooo delicious. I had the double angus burger with beef brisket on top with the smash tots and a salted caramel milkshake. Will definitely be coming back.

It’s absolutely disgusting in there!! The workers weren’t wearing gloves and no masks. The petite boy expediting rubbed his nose before placing fries in the bag!! Not surprising given that the employees seem more interested in gossiping than working.

I understand that different people have different standards for covid safety. Set aside the poor service, I was appauled by the cashier there. She was holding a customers fries when she uncovered her face to yell "Order for Steve". I turned around and walked out the door without even placing my order. 15 minutes of my life wasted. Avoid this place if u value sanitary practices in the worrisome time!
Came for dinner with my girlfriend. The burgers and smash fries were good. Would have been a five star review. I ordered a chocolate shake, which didn't taste much like chocolate. Tasted more like vanilla. When my girlfriend went up to ask if it was a chocolate shake, one of the employees said that it was and that they use only ONE pump of syrup. Now, what made me upset was that instead of offering to make us a new one, or at least pretending to add more chocolate into a new shake. The aforementioned employee proceeded to give my girlfriend a tub of "chocolate sauce" to pour into the milkshake herself because "she didn't want to put too much." Is that even supposed to be allowed, from a sanitary standpoint? Very disappointing end to an otherwise above average experience. 3/12/20 8:30pm

If I was management I would probably fire everyone on the shift they have working right now. Every person in the back cooking food is on their phone and playing around!! I’m sitting here eating and one of the girls working is asking another girl can she take her picture!? First Impressions are everything but I’m not impressed at all especially since my turkey burger was the size of a happy meal patty. There’s no way I should still be hungry after spending $11 bucks for a turkey burger, fries and a drink

Not a big WOW factor as it is hyped to be. If I had to compare I would choose 5 guys over them. Not impressed. The atmosphere was clean and the cashier was polite

This place was ok at best. The food is... well, just ok. The service was quiet. Only 4 people working, all of them on phones, and none really "there" to work. You can tell its winter cause the place was dead. But even when my son was looking for the bathroom, and he passed by the people "working", nobody said a word to him. They not working hard, they hardly working.

Fries were not correct could not tell reg from.smashfries, haystack was half full and everyone made it feel clear they were ready to go and didnt want to messing with food any more. My som thought his burger was good though wish they had bags to keep food warm. I would have pd an additional dollar because i live 17 min away.
